American AllStars is a fine gym for preschool classes. However, if your child loves gymnastics and wants to learn skills and excel at the sport this is not the gym that will grow your childβs talent or desire to participate in the sport. American AllStars wants to dominate at the easiest level of competitive gymnastics by having by far the oldest girls at the bronze level. Literally they have 12/13 year olds competing at the same level as 7 year olds from other gyms. They do the easiest routine possible with no development of other gymnastics skills. They relentlessly practice this routine and then do conditioning for 80% of the so called gymnastics class. My daughter won first place all around for the bronze state meet and was told she needed to repeat that levelβ¦all in all if your child loves gymnastics and wants to learn gymnastics skills this is NOT the gym to go to. I describe their teaching as a gigantic shrink gun for your childβs talent and love for the sport.

American allstars is fine for younger kids but awful for Team gymnastics as its very toxic. Coach T specifically is the worst. They instill no confidence in the girls and are not willing to help if someone is stuck on a skill. My daughter won multiple meets including states...she was awarded a champion leo, when she wore it to practice, the coach said I didn't know you won. My daughter felt awful. We are changing gyms this year. Of course when we quit, not one of the three coaches said good-bye...after 5 years!
Also, be careful of signing up for camps..if you cancel you only get a credit, you cannot get your money back. Awful, stay away if you want a strong and confident child

They let my daughter do whatever she wants to work on using the mats and is very nice and spots. There also in the camps is a snack break and if you get hurt they let you sit, My daughters friend wanted to work on her front handspring and they helped her achieve her goal. They also are very positive and really help out. They also let you strech and seperate into groups by level and so you can work on more your level skills. They also have a veiwing at the end of camp to let us parents watch what are kids have learned. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! P.S for tumbling

They don't teach anything new. My daughter is doing the exact same skills she was doing from last 14 months. Coach is not focusing on how to improve. Why would they? They just need monthly fees to go on. When I asked, they mentioned we offer private classes. Now you know the reason why they don't progress so easily.

Short girl that works on the main floor is incredibly rude. Not well organized at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible and disorganized staff. Signed up for class and then showed up at specified time and told Class was full and my older son had to do the kiddie class. Waste of time. Avoid this place!

Very boring karate classes. They repeat the same thing multiple times and the kids barely learn any thing in the youth group. All they are trying to do is earn money of of innocent people.

American Allstars Athletics Center is the real deal! The kids gain fundamental skills, have fun, become conditioned and learn top notch gymnastics. The coaches have considerable experience as former gymnasts and successful coaches, and it shows. We wish we had fallen in with them much sooner, and we look forward to being part of AAAC for the years to come.

My daughter loves this gym. She has some amazing coaches who push her and help her every step of the way. This is her second year attending and we'll be back again next year!
I love how hands on the coaches are. Motivating them, making it fun, and even giving the girls the chance for the Olympics! I just love gymnastic and this place knows what there doing!

Our daughter has been going to American Allstars since she was six years old (she is now 13). I cannot say enough about the wonderful coaching staff and how much they have supported and encouraged my daughter. They have transformed our quiet and shy little girl into a confident young lady, who now competes as part of the American Allstars Excel team. American Allstars runs a very professional competitive gymnastics program. Coaches always communicate clearly with parents and students so everyone knows what is expected. The coaches care about their athletes and often go the extra mile either by making personalized posters for each of their gymnasts before a big meet or by giving pep talks to help calm nerves before a competition. Coach Amy, Coach T and Coach Courtney are truly dedicated and caring coaches!! We are so grateful we found American Allstars!!! It is the best!!!

BEWARE!! using your credit card at this location. Purchased a leotard there with my credit card in June for $33.92. The following month my credit card had three additional charges totaling $314.40. They admit the error; however, no one can explain why and because the owner is out of town no one is able to give me a credit until he gets back (7 days). Seems when the owner is out of town someone should have authority to "right a wrong"! If they don't know how or why this happened, it will only happen again so BEWARE!
