I signed up online through my insurance. I was to start on the 1st of the month. I could not reach anyone by phone or in person for eight days, this is after leaving voice mails and visiting the Facebook page. I tried too hard to reach them. So I just cancelled. I really wanted to be here, all I heard was how convenient it is. Also no one knew how to sign me up because I signed up through insurance. I hope something changes because I really want to be here.

I love being a member of Anytime Fitness! The 24/7 access makes it super convenient to fit my workouts into my busy schedule. The gym has lots of equipment, always clean and organized.

Being going to anytime fitness since it first open in fraser. Staff is really good. I can always work on what I wanted to work on that day. Some gyms you are working on what ever you can get on that day. I Do ALot of full body and never have a problem getting entire workout in

This is the first gym I truly felt comfortable! Everyone here from the staff to the members are very helpful & everyone is happy to be there. It's just a feel good place to be. I've had membership with other gyms and the staff was not friendly, they didn't care to assist clients and I felt body shamed by other members. They have workout classes almost every day during the week, it's clean and it's organized. The equipment also has QR codes on them for you to scan if you're not sure how to use them and no one is available help. I would highly recommend.

I tried to call multiple times to sign up but no answer. I went to the place during staffed hours and the door was locked. I even emailed them and its been about a week, nothing. I loved how close it was to my home so I was hoping this was going to be my new gym.
Update: Should have took my first impression of this place as a sign to stay away. Nothing but problems and managers try to help but donβt even get anywhere. Lot of back and forth. They continued my membership without me knowing, βnothing they can doβ π

Shortest gym membership I've ever had.
The rotating management makes this whole lot of locations in the area suspect.
The manager at the time was predatory about the personal trainers and has no problem guilting you with car salesman tactics (absolutely disgusting behavior).
Had a wonderful time canceling the membership when the manager disappeared and I was unable to cancel at the location and just ended up removing my card from their services.
Save yourself the trouble and just do a Planet Fitness or Crunch membership (at least they're cheap).

New ownership has really taken time to improve the gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Itβs very clean for a building of its age. Cleaning supplies are always available. Not fancy but it gets the job done. The location is not super busy to the point itβs uncomfortable or you have to wait on others. Definitely a gem for the price point.

Great gym. Smaller size but has lot of free weights and dumbbells up to 100lb. Love the convenience of being able to go anytime I want. Hence the name. Lol. Staff here is great and itβs not too crowded. Highly recommended this place.

Okay first of all I'm trying to cancel my membership and now I have to pay the whole about for the next 6 months and its 40 bucks per month like are you kidding me? And they threaten me that if I won't pay them than my account would go to collections. Plus the managers looks like they do drugs.

Prices were higher than expected. Price I was told to join later I was told about more expenses added after the free tour and I was never giving a free week like their advertisement. The gym itself old dirty floors dusty walls and ceilings the heavy weights area was clean but everything else needed some attention and more care. Staff was extra pushy to add extra charges to my membership a lot of text messages instead of using my email I have them.

Small gym, not too much equipment, no water fountain to refill at, you have to buy water at the vending machine if you want anything or bring extra. No locker room, it's just an open area with cubby holes like elementary school. They don't enforce COVID regulations so you'll probably be one of the select few who wear a mask and wipe anything down.

Haven't been there in 4 years I reconnected Med awesome group of fellows however they're giving me pointers that I need because it's been many years since I worked out but you couldn't find a more family-friendly workout location I impress people too go to this location and join you will not be sorry it's an investment towards your health and your looks I give us five stars all day

With so many other gyms available, shop around !! Anytime Fitness - Does not allow guests, cancels what few classes they have, more expensive monthly fee, a yearly fee tacked on to the monthly with the extra added bonus of a hidden cost when contract ends if you do not give them a 30 day notice that you will not be renewing your membership; a fabulous parting gift of an extra months payment due. In my personal and professional opinion, they are the gym equivalent of the stereotypical used car lot, 'buyer beware'.

Do not sign any contracts with this place. Once they have you locked in, all promises are void. I was told the availability of personal trainers was open, but none of them can accommodate me and now I'm being charged for the services I can't even use. Joe promised he would look into it but went on vacation without saying a word and left me just hanging.

A good clean gym with plenty of equipment and the other customers as well as the staff are very warm. I'm deducting two stars because the people aren't the only thing that's warm, the gym itself is too. It's consistently in the mid to high seventies, despite what the thermostat says. That's not conducive to running on the treadmill. If this only happened in summer when it's 90 degrees outside I could look the other way. But it's that temp even in January when it's 35 outside.

I came into town for a week, and Joe got me hooked up with a guest pass and door key. I wasnβt in the gym for five minutes before I was getting a lift. This place is clean, friendly, and it has all the machines/free weights I need. Very well managed, great customer service, and theyβre willing to work with you. Iβll be back next year for sure.

I enrolled in my health insurance program to get a membership here. I came in on a Friday to start my membership and was told that I would have to come in on Monday, to pick up my key fob. I wasn't able to make it back in, for about two weeks. When I came in, my key fob was not ready, and I was told that they had been trying to contact me, though I never received any calls or voicemails. I was then told that my membership started on the date of my initial visit, but I wouldn't be able to visit locations outside the franchise, for 30 days from the date of my second visit, which makes absolutely no sense. Shortly after leaving with my key fob, I received a voicemail, telling me that there was an issue with the fob I was given and that I would have to come back to get a different one. Since then, I've called and left two messages to find out when I can come in, as I work off-hours. I've yet to receive a return call or message, and both times I just went to the location, no one was available to grant me entrance. At this point, I have no interest in utilizing this location and I'm just hoping every other location isn't operated in this manner.

I highly recommend the Anytime Fitness Fraser location to anyone looking to join a gym. The staff builds personal relationships with their members, which made me feel welcome instantly! Also, after joining a received a hand-written personal thank you card in the mail, which showed they care about their members and their fitness. The gym has all the workout equipment I need for my daily workouts. Coming from Oakland Universities athletic training facility holds high expectations and I defiantly approve of Anytime Fitness's equipment. Also, the fact that I can workout ANYTIME and at ANY anytime makes it easy to workout. I find myself at the gym early mornings and late nights and at other locations that are convenient to my location. At the end of the day my favorite location to attend is the Fraser location due to the awesome staff, location and size of Frasers location. :-)

When I first thought oe working out I shopped around and I couldn't find any other gym as inviting. I was very self concious and didn't want to go to a huge gym where 90 percent of the people there were already fit. Anytime fitness offered me a one week trial and I was hooked. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not to mention you can also attend any of there fitness classes for free. Although it is a smaller gym it has everything you need to begin your fitness journey or tone up. I am a morning person so I hit the gym around 5am before work. This is not my first time tring to get in shape but it is the first time that I have actually stuck with it. I have lost 35lbs in 5 months and I feel great. I love my gym and I am looking forward to losing more and sharing my success story with everyone there. The price is right for the quality you receive.
