Loved this gym, owner was great. Drove by today and noticed they are closed. Does anyone know anything??? Super disappointed cause this was by far my favorite gym.

In town for business, so I stopped in for a workout. Nice facility, clean and well equipped. I was in around 2 to 4 pm and was pretty much alone and didn't have to fight for equipment, which was great.

You can join a better gym for the price of $40 a month. For what it offers, I believe its overpriced. It is pretty small too.

I’ve been going there since 2018, but after COVID things became so weird, some younger people always hoarding different equipments especially on the heavy lifting area, and not willing to share until they are done, usually couple hours. And have an attitude. I miss the times when I’m around with seniors that everyone is just nice and don’t mind swap or sharing.

They keep it at a cool 62 degrees (year round) so it takes a little bit extra to get a sweat going. Some equipment has been broken for years and most outdated. Treadmills will randomly shut off during your run. Very low options to choose from for cardio and legs. No stair stepper or Jacob ladder.

Don’t let the manager charge you $40 a month when other any times are only charging $23. Also make sure to read your entire contract. These people will grab as much money as possible from you. Definitely not worth the price. Soooo many better options in the area.

Love going to this gym. It's clean and not crazy busy in the late evenings. It has all the equipment I currently like to use. Glad to be able to go when it's best for me. Anytime!

Friendly helpful staff. Various kinds of fitness equipment available (and plenty of it) meeting a variety of exercise needs. Facility is clean and well maintained. Access is 24/7/365. Showers on site.

Decent gym, if you plan on doing legs this isn’t your best option (no stair stepper or Jacob’s ladder) don’t waste your money on a trainer they are clueless. Find videos on YouTube and make your own workout

Small gym. Affordable. Easily accessible at any time of day or night. They have free weights including 2 barbell squat racks (which is the equipment I use most often), in addition to the machines and dumbbells you typically find at a gym. I especially like that their shower rooms are completely private. No need to go to a community locker room to shower. The owners are friendly and helpful.

A great place to workout. Safe place to go late night, Open 24/7 only clients can get in. Always clean and equipment is like new, well maintained and T.V.s is you like . They haveTrainers available for personal training . I Never have to wait long for machines. Plenty of free weights and other great choices for workouts.

Descent gym. KB two squat racks. Bands and rollers + two rowing machines. No back equipment: nothing for hammies or back. All front dominated stuff.
I stand corrected they have a hammie machine.
