Stopped in on Tuesday at 545pm to inquire about membership, hours state 7pm staff is gone, doors were locked, I understand membership door, but don't offer a guest entrance if a guest can't get in to inquire. Will not be going back

The employees being unprofessional was apparently the least of this places problems. Now they have no employees it seems.
New owners got rid of the tampons for anyone who may need one and doesn’t have one on them.
No air freshener in the bathroom for when wild people blow up the bathroom.

No toilet seat covers. Unsanitary.

I’m sorry but I’d rather pay $160 a month at lifetime 🫢

****I’ve been going to this location for 4 years. Never had a problem until this year.
(Sarah Rose is a pleasant face I enjoy seeing but other than that. I don’t enjoy the atmosphere at all anymore)

Good local gym! **Update**Went from five stars to one. Steer clear, the new owners are very toxic. They obviously have zero experience running a successful business. Wow is all I have to say. I'm done with this place.

I hated this gym the new owners are disrespectful the place is not clean and it felt unwelcoming they don’t even try to clean the corners or dust or clean the mirrors, the workers there look sad and look unmotivated I can’t imagine how management treats them overall I do NOT recommend coming here and I will not be coming back.

Tracy, Maisie, and Toni were wonderful workers I enjoyed having them motivating, communicating, and connecting with members. They would always leave the gym super clean! Recently, most members are feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome due to new owners, a lot of people are canceling memberships which is very concerning.

You can’t laugh there I got my membership cancel today because I was laughing at owner because she put me in awkward situation and she was telling me come with I am canceling your membership I didn’t think anything but she come back with her husband I think he was telling come to office and I did and he said I am going to canceling your membership. Very disappointed with these new owners, very hostile to there memberships, and gets in your way of working out, if i could I would give these guys 0 star but I can’t

Tracy goes above and beyond for all her members. Any issues are immediately solved. The gym is always impeccably clean and the equipment is in great condition. Love this gym!

The people who work there are very friendly. Tracy is warm and helpful. Toni the trainer is awesome. She is experienced and knows fitness. I would definitely recommend this Anytime Fitness.

This is at least the 6th AFT I've been to in Michigan, and I've been to several others out of state, and this one is hands-down the nicest one. The thought and consideration for members needs is unparalleled. And the restroom/showers are SO CLEAN! I sure wish I didn't live more than an hour away. And Kickboxing is offered? Ah! I'm so tempted to move!

Downfall, membership. Being locked in a contract for 2 years. No childcare on site. Due to no childcare I've only been able to go 6 times to the gym in the two years. Thank god my membership is over in March. I will not be returning an I don't recommend it if you don't have a sitter. The gym also takes an extra $50 annual yearly fee on top of the monthly fee you pay. I've had to pay $1,060 for nothing.

The temperature is very warm while working out in January and February

I was at another local gym and this place is hands down the cleanest and staff is friendly. It's not overly busy either. I am a morning person, and it's usually pretty empty. Equipment is clean and from what I can tell, everyone wipes down the equipment when they are done using it.

Customer service is awful. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. I moved across country and as long as you provide proof you can easily get out of your contract for a fee. Instead, I've called three times and have done nothing but speak to incompetent people who tell me "oh it's being handled".
The gym has limited selection in terms of machines and weight machines, and charge extra for classes.
Go somewhere else, honestly it isn't worth it.

Nice facility but it definitely feels crowded with the way it is set up. If you are only using the cardio machines then you will be content. But as a person that does both I was very disappointed trying to find space to lift weights. I will not be going back to this one and will continue to go to the New Baltimore facility.
