I have seen many anytime fitness but this one is very weird. It was very untidy and equipment is super old. They need to bring in some equipment and need to keep the gym clean. Plus there is no club environment. I wouldn’t recommend this is to anyone but location is not too bad hence just two points for this location!

New owners took over a few weeks ago. They keep it much cleaner than it was. New and different machines are replacing the older ones. More yet to come. Looking forward to more improvements. Had to increase from 3 to 4 stars.

Horrible gym. The gym is dirty and never cleaned properly. The equipment is run down and the machines that are broken are never fixed.
The owner (Justin) lacks proper business ownership skills and lacks knowledge of the business and common knowledge overall. He lies to get people in the door and is very unprofessional.
The staff are young kids who have zero experience in customer service and one young man has a horrible attitude. Owner and staff seem very uneducated.
If you are choosing Anytime Fitness, I reccomend the Washington Twp location or any location other than this one.

This location has pretty much everything you need for a person looking to get fit. If you're looking for cardio, there's plenty of machines for it even at peak hours (6 or so treadmills, several ellipticals, couple stairclimbers). Weightlifters there are enough benches and free weights to do just about everything you need. Plus plenty of machines. They also host a variety of classes throughout the week. Great gym overall and staff is helpful when needed.

They removed the recurring sign up for classes w/o notifications to customer & I received no email when a class is canceled. Instructor thought no one can make it to class & she cancels classes.

They definitely can need to upgrade the stationary bikes. Treadmill handle is short and uncomfortable to hold. Other locations have bigger more comfortable treadmills. I've been there couple of times on a saturday and I see a person in the office with her husband and kid. Not professional environment.

I was completely unsatisfied at the 22 mile road and Vandyke location! I usually go to the Romeo location but I figured I would try a new one out today. I went in and it smelled unpleasant, was 85° (cooler outside), which made it even harder to enjoy my workout session, and I wasted my time in 2 tanning rooms trying to tan, and neither of the beds would turn on! I would never ever recommend this location to anyone! Go to Romeo!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff/personal trainers. This is my personal favorite Anytime location in the handful that I've been to in the area. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. Fellow gym-goers here also tend to be friendly and respectful. Five stars for sure.

I travel a lot and have been here a dozen times. The equipment is good and well maintained. I have never met any of the staff which is a shame. In my opinion small gyms need to be more personable with at least a greeting.

I had the worst experience with this gym, the staff is uneducated about the Anytime Fitness Corporate policies, I went into the location to cancel my membership but my contract was not up yet, but they were going to mark on my account to cancel membership once contract was up. I paid until my final month and called up there to ensure that the membership would be cancelled and the staff member assured me that the contract was up and that no more charges would be made. Come to find out the following month that they withdrew the money again, I called up to the location and they stated that I was now on a month to month membership. At this point I was furious and the staff said that I would have to call the corporate office to cancel my membership. When I spoke with corporate they said that they should have told me months ago when I initially contacted them that I would have to call to make these changes. On top of it the corporate office makes you send a certified letter or e-mail stating why you don't want your membership before they will cancel your membership. I would not recommend this gym.
