The gym is reopened! I walked in and I was happily greeted by the new manager Katie. She is really sweet and kind. The gym is really clean and has many machines to choose from. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Unreal supposed to be 24/7 and this weekend they simply closed the doors without warning. I love their equipment but seriously think about signing up here. They could solve the problem by installing the key card entry like they promised months ago. I'll be finding someplace else to go because they simply lost my trust.

Update: They are STILL taking money out of my account! This place shouldn’t be in business. I’m serious it’s a good gym until you try to leave! I seriously recommend Planet it may be busier but they don’t rob you.

Beware you dont get the full details, went and canceled my membership today after 60 dollars came out of my account, I was told there was a one time a year 30.00 fee (typical of gyms) but 60 I was not expecting, then I go in to cancel my membership and they tell me that my next payment will come out, and I say no I paid two months up front one for my first month and one for my last month. (Another thing they didn’t tell me I had to find out when the money came out of my account and I had to call to question why so much came out) on top of it, nothing was said about a cancelation fee! I have had my membership for over a year so she said it doesn’t apply to me, that’s good because I knew nothing about it. When I was in canceling my membership two other people were there canceling theirs with the same complaints, never told about the cancelation fees, don’t understand why the next month will come out if they paid first and last month up front, and were not given the right amount for the annual fee. Smh this isn’t how you conduct a business! You guys don’t deserve to be in business!

Awful Management. This location has continuously neglected and mistreated its clients. The location is in a continuous cycle of decay and disrepair. The men’s locker room has had a ceiling leak for well over a year. The floor is dangerously warped by the free weight training which poses a real risk. The personal training system is beyond flawed. The management is terrible, will not cooperate, will consistently insist on it being the client’s fault instead of their own employees regardless of the situation. 0/10 gym. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to workout there.

This gym is awful! Since I've been a member they have gone down in hours ( started at 24 hours) and they have a rotating staff because they can't keep anyone consistently. None of the staff knows the answer to any question that you need answered, and you can't ever get in touch with any type of management or somebody in charge that might know something. Their personal training program is a joke! I've been through FOUR personal trainers because they all quit - and again, can't get in touch with somebody to get this matter resolved... but they have no problem taking out the monthly payment from the bank account. I've put a stop to this! Shame on you, Aspire fitness! You have not lived up to your end of the bargain. You will not get another dime from me ever again!

Paying $200 a month for a trainer that doesn't do what they are supposed to do, i.e. train you. What they do is say, "do one more set," but they don't explain what the machine is and how to use it. Now I go up there and I can no longer get a trainer on Saturdays, which is what I I signed up for when I signed the contract with the trainer. Talked to Dan, the manager, who says we can do it every other Saturday but I still have to pay $200 a month. But then he never sets up a time to train me. He said he was going to get ahold of corporate and find out what they could do but never does, hoping I would just let it go. This is a terrible terrible place. It's a gym with trainers and they can't/won't train anyone.

Unethical and extremely unprofessional business. They violated our contract by charging a cancellation fee which was not outlined in our agreement (apparently this policy has changed but we were members before this change) They then gave us the runaround, screened phone calls, and were dismissive when we asked for a refund. I was forced to cancel my debit card because they kept pulling money from our account. When they finally agreed to give us back the cancellation fees, I gave them my new account information but surprisingly they began pulling money from that new account as well. When I asked them to stop and refund me, they didn't respond. Once again they treated me like I was unreasonable. How dare I ask for money that was improperly taken from me? This is their mentality. They're nice and cordial when you're still a member, but god forbid you choose to cancel. I do NOT endorse doing business with these people. Travis the manager is not qualified to be dealing with the general public. He trains the young employees at the front desk to screen calls from unhappy customers. It's difficult to be upset with these kids (mostly high school students working summer jobs) knowing that it's management who is teaching them a horrible early lesson in poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another gym. Doing business with an organization that does not adhere to contracts is asking for trouble. With Aspire, once you swipe your card into their system, it then becomes a piggy bank for them to withdraw from. You'll be happier when it comes time to cancel.

I was told by Jenny (a manager who is no longer there) 2 weeks ago that I would not have to pay a cancellation fee. I signed up for the plan to be month to month because I knew I wouldn’t use it very long. They didn’t give me that plan and I didn’t realize it until months later but, Jenny said she would put a note on the account so when I came in there wouldn’t be an issue. Well, Jenny didn’t notate the account and is no long employed there. The gentleman that helped me at the time of cancellation said he would talk to someone in management and call me the very next day. No call and 5 days later I have a new charge on my account. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Front desk had a huge turn over of people as well and never seemed fully trained.

Been going here for about 6 months. Decent gym, with good prices. Gym is mostly clean and staff is decent. They really like that heater in the men's locker room too. Apparently the thermostat was set to 110 most of the winter.

My main complaint is how pushy they can be about the training. The cost is high and they lock you in for a year or more. This seems overkill to me, honestly.

We go here because they have a daycare for our kids and it's only $40 a month for all of us to go.

If you want a decent gym, with basic equipment and amenities at a bargin price, this is the gym for you. It's not quite Planet Fitness and definitely not Lifetime.

Daycare tanning and a 24 hour gym for 30$ a month you seriously can't beat it. My daughter absolutely loves the daycare staff they are very sweet and they play and interact with the kids which I love. I seriously love my new gym trying to get all my friends to check it out

I absolutely love coming here the environment is warm and welcoming and you don't have to feel intimidated by people! If you're looking to get a gym membership here I would highly suggest it they have a kids club a cardio theater a woman's workout area sauna and massage chairs this place is really great!

Beautiful new gym and equipment. Tons of free weights, machines, cables and cardio equipment so you never have to wait on someone else. The staff is extremely friendly and take pride in keeping the gym very clean. I love that they are open and staffed 24/7.

I enjoy this gym very much. The equipment is new and the gym is large enough. They are pretty much just getting started, so there's hardly anyone there (unlike planet fitness that is always packed) which makes me much more comfortable when working out, plus you can actually get on a machine, or go to the free weights without tons of people just sitting around on the benches. I finally feel good about going to the gym because of this place. I hated planet fitness. This place is much better.

Canceled my wife's membership before they opened and am still being charged. Went and filled out a second cancelation paper after being billed again this month to be told they are only going to refund two months because they could not find the paperwork I filled out in March. The guys that work there are are good guys but the way the handled this one is sad to say the least!

Large facility with brand new equipment, very clean, nice staff and open 24 hours. Rates are extremely competitive at a $10/mo base. They offer child care for up to 90 minutes and have a neat cardio movie room that they keep dark with a big projection screen. Facility also has a virtual private room with exercises classes you can select to be shown like yoga and HIIT and was told they plan to bring in instructors in the future as well. Also offer tanning and massage chairs.
