The instructors are very thorough in their communication and teachings and ensure that you airways have perfect form to prevent injuries. Alicia is the main reason I checked out Bay Area Pilates! Having gone to other things taught by her before, she gave me the confidence to check out reformer Pilates. It's hard being out of shape. It's hard staying in shape. It's hard to work out. It's hard to recover from injuries. Everything seems to be hard nowadays but I will say....it's been less hard to stretch and work on my mobility all because of Bay Area Pilates. I attend regular private classes and it has made a huge difference in my pain! It is also improving my posture. Rhoda is an amazing instructor who has a great eye for muscle imbalances and how to correct it.
I also attended group classes with the other instructors and each of them are just as amazing.
If you want to stop your continual pain, this is where you will get your answers!

The best staff there is! As a first timer they made me feel not only comfortable but safe and confident in what I was doing. Every session was focused on progression at my pace but also pushing me to achieve more. The studio is clean and perfect for a focused workout. They have helped me sculpt and change my body. I give Bay Area Pilates my highest recommendation. I lived in Chicago for many years and trained with some of the best instructors there. The instructors here are of equal caliber. I have attended mat and reformer classes here and taken private and semi-private lessons.
