I’ve been working with Jordan for about a year now. Starting with strength training to help improve my migraines - which they have with the intentional movement. We have begun Pilates once a week and I have never felt so strong or confident in myself. I’m so glad I took the leap caring for my body.

One year ago I decided to run a marathon. I had been running regularly for almost a full year and wanted to see how far I could take it. Last October, I hired a running coach to guide me through the process. I wanted someone who could help me navigate training with an older body and a busier schedule than when I ran my first marathon at 29. It was the best decision I made. On days when my schedule didn’t allow for training, he changed my training days, when I was injured, he helped me find ways to cross train (even teaching me the basics of swimming laps), but most importantly, he held me accountable. If I didn’t want to run, I knew he would know I skipped it, so I went out anyway. I also worked a lot harder knowing he’d see the results. I learned so much about nutrition, recovery and how far I could push my limits. I heard a quote once that said, “If you don’t know what to invest your time in, invest it in yourself.” This was by far, the best investment I could’ve made.

I started working with Jordan as my run coach about 3 months ago, and it has been incredible since day 1. He is VERY responsive, so supportive and genuinely knowledgeable. It feels so nice to be on an actual plan with someone who knows what they’re talking about and doing, and cares about me as a runner! If I’m having some pain or soreness, he sends specific strength or stretching exercises. He’s guided me through some foot pain. Just overall, a really great experience!!
Also, his cost is more than fair. I met with around 5 other coaches before settling on Jordan and he was not only the truly best option in regards to experience, support, knowledge and communication, but his price is great.
If you want to have someone who cares about you as a runner and will help you with whatever goal you have - Jordan is the one!
