I’ve been working with Brandon three times a week for the last month. Not only have I lost weight, but I can feel myself getting stronger. I hadn’t strength trained in 20 years and was worried about my age and level of fitness going in. So much so that I hesitated to follow through. But I am so glad I did. Brandon made me feel comfortable right away, modeling each exercise before having me do it and adapting my program to my abilities and goals. He is knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. Brandon has exceeded my expectations for a personal trainer. He genuinely cares for each of his clients and works with them to accomplish their goals. Brandon has helped me to become more knowledgeable about exercising/working out and given me the information to make smart nutritional decisions outside of the gym. I started working with Brandon at the start of 2023. Brandon was very knowledgeable about health/nutrition and flexible with my schedule (even going as far as to building a relationship with my 8 year old who occasionally had to be dragged along to my sessions). He was quick to respond to questions and concerns that I had and was an amazing accountability partner for me. During sessions, he always maximized our time together and pushed me when he knew that I was capable. He was always positive, kind, and genuinely cared about my progress. Working with Brandon was one of the best investments I ever made.
