I have nothing against this facility except their e.r. triage nurse, Sara.
I went in with severe back pain and she put me at the bottom of the list like it was minor back pain.
I sincerely hope she has to sit in a waiting room for over FOUR hours with the same level of pain some day because she deserves it.

THIS HOSPITAL IS A JOKE!!!!!! Been waiting 5 HOURS to be transferred to kzoo for a life saving surgery, the nurse at the desk was rude, not helpful at all, and couldnβt give us any answers on why it was taking so long. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY KIND Of EMERGENCY IF YOU CAB HELP IT !!!!!!!

I canβt say enough about how wonderful my outpatient surgery went at Three Rivers Hospital. The staff, from registration to recovery was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The last time I was in Three Rivers Hospital, I was born!!!
Several of my procedures have been performed at Elkhart Beacon Hospital, which is a much bigger hospital than Three Rivers, so I was a bit nervous about my surgery in Three Rivers. I didnβt need to be, it was a fantastic experience.

Health TRAC used to be more family-friendly, with daycare, family pool hours, and swimming lessons. Beacon Health seems to have gotten rid of those features, and now it's all age 14+. I'm sure some members appreciate not having any kids around, but for my family, it's not useful. I hope Beacon will bring back features that make our only large local fitness center friendly to families again.

We were travelling and found this gym by coincidence. They have very affordable day passes, good equipment in the gym and a fair swimming pool. It was very empty when we went during the day, so ideal for training.

I've worked out here for years. If USED to be a great gym. I was gone for a year and come back and it's went to crap.
Nobody re racks their plates or dumbbells or puts any equipment where it belongs.
In an establishment that has a cardiopulmonary rehab, y'all let people in there with insanely excessive amounts of cologne/perfume on; having worked in nursing homes, this is dangerous.
You have people working out leaving their personal equipment all over causing people to trip and fall. I recently recovered from a broken tibial plateau fracture and had just that experience injuring my recently healed leg.
People are in there without proper attire causing damage to the equipment.
When you tell an employee you get "durrr I gotta wait for manager" and then the manager doesn't do a thing.
But hey, kudos to you guys for moving the tires outside! The difference between indoor workout tires and outdoor workout tires was a REALLY pressing issue.

Everytime I have come here, for a gym membership or physical therapy the staff is incredibly rude, short, and passive. The equipment is nice, the setup, and location are great...but the people are so sour it spoils the whole experience. Granted I was 6 minutes late for physical therapy, they told me I was ten minutes late in a nasty tone and avoided eye contact. They assumed I was unemployed- I'm not, just very rude and I intend to continue my physical therapy elsewhere. Pre-covid it was more of the same with another front desk rep: for years I have went off and on, either with a membership or paying single visits and the staff just acts arrogant and as if they do not have time for you. My friend had a large skin reaction from the pool (his doctor said it was likely from them putting too much chlorine in the water) and when he initially called them they blamed him for his skin reaction, took no accountability, and offered no understanding or sympathy. All and all a rather stuck up facility that I would recommend people just not bother with- everytime I am disappointed. Unfortunately.
*UPDATE* the two other physical therapy centers listed in Three Rivers are bunk, one leads you to an apartment complexe and the phone number rings a personal line of an average citizen -- so, I decided to continue my sessions at The Health Trac. My review did definitely change their tone (which was appreciated), although there was no apology and niceness is not kindness, just overtly fake charisma. A simple apology and a natural friendly atmosphere would have been enough for me to wipe my review and up a star or two. Instead, with the exception of (I believe this to be her name, I'm bad with names), Natalie, the women with long curly brown her (she was excellent and very friendly, she alone gets 5 starsβββββ), I got dirty looks from other staffs (I'm sure they heard the gossip of my review, but hey that's business and patients are not cogs for your paycheck, but people that deserve respect and help). It's a medical setting, but it's still customer service and people deserve respect, and I shouldn't have to leave a bad a review to be treated with some dignity. First impressions are everything, I wouldn't recommend someone go, but if they already did I'd tell them they're in good hands...just not the kindest. Not everyone passes ethics in college I guess.

I was really disappointed that Beacon Health allows any street shoes at all in the pool and spa area. It didn't used to be this way.
Absolutely gross to have people wearing their workout clothes and street tennis shoes, walking around the pool area, and into a sauna? A sauna intensifies smells. This area should be barefoot, or swim shoes/flip flops only. Just unsanitary, and disgusting for a medical facility run hospital to allow this. Also sauna and spa areas should be bathing suit only used post shower. Please? Not having people come into a sauna in their smelly workout clothes. Lastly, make a no tech rule in the spa area. Can people leave your phone in your locker for 1/2 hour? I have been sitting in the hot tub and had to listen to someone's 15 minute phone conversation sitting on the chair by the sauna. Spa areas are to relax and unwind. Please enforce some standards!
Hot tub not working for two months, and they charge $80/month.

Joining Beacon Health and Fitness ( formally Health Trac) in Three Rivers, MI. was a very good decision for my husband and me. We have had great service from the ladies at the front desk, to the specialist Ariona, with our health assessment and follow-up checkup. They are concerned and care about our overall health and fitness.
If anyone has any questions or concerns they are happy to help with explaining the equipment concerns, class schedules, etc.
The whirlpool jets are not working to full capacity but I think they are working on it.
I agree with the one review about phones in the sauna. Listening to conversations, and some have gotten tense, is not ideal. Also, could a clock be put in the sauna? It would be very helpful to keep track of how long you're in there so you're not in there longer than recommended. π
I highly recommend Beacon Health and Fitness.
Thank you for having a dedicated staff that cares about our community's health and well-being.

If there was a review lower than one star that is what I would rate this place. They had mean staff and when me and my family tried to go into the pool as guests they asked very personal information like phone number, address, and DATE OF BIRTH then after that they wanted pictures of all of us and when we questioned the paper work they said "The computer wants it." Then used that as their excuse to put our information in their computer just to swim as a guest. overall a bad place I do not advise anyone to go there.

Was in town for a weekend and need a gym to keep up with the training and this place met every need i could ask for. Fair price for a guest pass, early morning acces, I believe 5am on weekdays and 7am weekends. Trained chest one day and legs another and they had excellent taken care of free weights and machines. (Leg press/ hack squat). Was also not too crowed and staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed. Will be back for sure whenever i come back around this way to visit family.

They have a great range of equipment, including a pool, weight room, lots of classes, sauna, steam room and indoor walking track. When you combine that with the fact that I'm a fat middle aged man and haven't once felt like I was out of place here, and you've got the best (& possibly only) full feature gym in the area

The lockers are all peeling at the bottom, the weight machines are old and some of them have been broken for months at a time. The sauna and sauna floor is gross the tiles are popping up and looks like no one has ever cleaned or mopped it. I feel like for what I pay a month, these things should be addressed.
Other than that the staff is nice and friendly and are always helpful and ready to answer questions or ask me how Iβm doing!

Disgusting place, I'll never spend my money here when they think they're so high and mighty they're exempt from the LAW! Michigan Law protects breastfeeding mothers to feed where they choose UNCOVERED (and not in the NASTY bathroom like your ignorant employee suggested). You are a member facility, yes, but when you open it up to the public such as renting out your pool and community room you are expected to follow the laws! Enjoy the lawsuit in your future!
