I've been to a couple gyms in my life. This one is for sure the most accepting, supportive environment I have experienced. No pressure unless you request it. All fitness levels can do these workouts. There are modifications for everything if you ask.
I had a shoulder injury. Josh and Lori were right there to help modify things so I didn't have to stop working out entirely.
I've been going here for almost two years and have nothing negative to say. It's a nice , family oriented place. They do workouts for charity, have gym events for everyone to get together and a Facebook group for everyone to lovingly complain about working out π.
First class is free so come check it out!

One of the best places to workout and get in shape. I have been coming here for years and was able to lose over 40 pounds and adding muscle. Great enviorment and supportive, the owner take care of all his memembers to make sure they are achiving their goals. Cant recommend this place enough.

Visiting home from Chicago and absolutely fell in love with the HIIT's Josh creates and the community that follows and supports him and his gym. Honestly the highlight of everyday I was home and I stayed tone, fit, challenged, and happy. Can't wait to return for the Holidays.

I love Bearss Fitness! The workouts are different every day. I love how we focus on different areas each day such as arms, abs, and legs. I am in my 50s and am in better shape than I was 20 years ago. Josh Bearss is an excellent trainer and gym owner. He is in amazing shape himself and really takes the time to show us proper form and technique so we get the most for our efforts and don't get injured. The camaraderie of the gym members is amazing. I have met so many great people there, and we truly feel like a family and love having new members join. I have always felt welcomed when I enter and happy when I leave.

These are 30min classes that vary each day. The workouts are meant to be challenging but they can be a ton of fun. TRX, Battleropes, kettlebells, etc. Great people and an awesome trainer. You must give it a try!
