This place is life-changing. I was fat and out of shape, and wanted nothing to do with it. But my wife kept on me about how great she felt after workouts, and how inspiring the coaches are. I tried it, now I'm in the best shape of my life. The coaches are more than coaches... They're friends that push me to be the best I can be.

Best workout community I’ve ever experienced. The coaches are incredibly helpful, patient, supportive and do they bring the energy. This place makes you want to show up everyday for yourself and for others. (If you miss a class you’ll be missed) not only does bell house help you get stronger physically but be ready for strengthening of your mind set as well. If you see an offer to give it a try…just sign up…you will get hooked and do things you thought weren’t possible.

I love Bell House Training Co so much! They have wonderful coaches that are SO encouraging and thoughtful. They pay attention to each member and know how to help them become the best they can be. I actually look forward to working out every day, it doesn’t feel like a chore or something to just check off my list.

This “gym” is amazing!! I say gym in quotes because is it so much more! The environment and energy is unmatched compared to other fitness facilities I’ve been at from the coaches to fellow members. The workouts are fun and effective and I honestly have not experienced the same workout twice in the year I’ve been here and the facility is always clean and everyone is so helpful :)
I appreciate having the option of participating in the dynamic large group classes or challenging myself in the small group training sessions where I can focus on strength training, proper form and my own personalized goals - Both provide a great balance of cardio and strengthening!
Definitely recommend trying Bell House if you’re looking for a fun and solid workout!

This place rules. The trainers are all wonderful and have amazing personalities. They keep you motivated, as does the encouraging membership. You get a great workout without it feeling like work. Bell House is the first fitness routine I've been able to keep up with for longer than 6 months since I played team sports as a child. I'm nearly 40 now. Never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to going to the gym most days now.

Best gym I've ever belonged too. The entire team of coaches are there to help YOU succeed. At Bell House, you are not anonymous, the coaches all know each and every member's name. Every single member of Bell House supports every other member as well. Bell House is immaculately clean--leave your street shoes at the door, one of the best rules of the House. I can't gush enough about Bell House. I may sometimes dred getting my butt to the gym but once I've left my work out at Bell House, I am SO happy I went.

They have a designated spot in their gym for kids to come while parents workout and I have never seen that type of intentionality for families at any other gym.

The vibe here from the moment you walk in the door in unlike any other gym or fitness center I have ever experienced.
The people here are all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels and the coaches modify and can customize components of every aspect of the workout to cater to that. This is not a quick fix place but a lifestyle change, focusing on nutrition, daily habits, mindset and oh yeah 30-40 minutes of exercise. Stretching, use of fitness bands, building strength with weights, use of foam roller, cardio and core work all encompass your weeks here. Coaches are outstanding whether you are a beginner, or it's been awhile or you are just trying to improve any component of your health and fitness journey.

I am grateful for this place! Bell House has been a positive step toward health and fitness for me. First gym I ever walked into and keep going back to. I look forward to workouts now, even when I'm drained and have to drag myself in, I always come out So Glad I went! I like the positive, upbeat, friendly environment. The workouts are challenging and changing, variety, keeps me from getting bored. I love the coaches! They go out of their way to get to know you, your name, meet you where you're at and challenge you to grow and strengthen. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. As a Mom, my experience has had a positive impact on my family as well! My kids think twice about their eating habits, our diet and exercise routines have all changed for the positive. This gym and their team is like none other! Not only has the new owner (and longtime coach) completely redone the entire interior with gorgeous black tones and wood grain details, but the workouts are absolute fire!!! A full body workout in 40 minutes that makes me feel like I just spent 2 hours at the gym - yes, please! I’ve never been stronger. I’ve never met kinder, more encouraging and knowledgeable trainers who bring life and (the appropriate amount of) energy! It feels like I’m coming in and working out with good friends. They make sure they know your name on day one and take the time to get to know you on a personal level. As someone who deals with social anxiety, this place has become a second home to me where I love to come and be surrounded by so many people who are uplifting and root for you in your fitness journey! Everyone is on their own fitness journey and I never feel like I need to compare myself to others here. Bell House has created an atmosphere where we all support one another and I LOVE that!

I've been training here 6 days a week for about 6 months. I started out incredibly out of shape having not really been active in several years. The coaches were great about providing modifications I needed as I built up strength and stamina (and lower-impact adjustments for my 40-something knees). If you struggle to stay motivated to work out this is the place for you. There are so many great things about this facility it is hard to start. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about you and your well-being. They notice when you don't come in and ask if you are okay. The workouts are short and extremely effective...who has time to go to the gym for 2 hours. On top of this it is always really clean. All ages and skill levels come to this gym. I can't imagine ever leaving to go anywhere else. I went from paying monthly at a gym that I went to a handful of times a year to a gym that I go to 3-5 times a week even with my very hectic schedule.
