Best life pilates is a gem! Shana is very thoughtful about each person's experience, tailoring exercises to everyone's needs and potential adaptations. I can feel that I'm getting stronger and healing old injuries through mindful movement. I wish everyone could experience pilates like this!

Sheβs extremely careful and attentive to individual physical issues around body mechanics and mobility, sheβs encouraging without being a drill sergeant, sheβs fun and positive and authentically invested in her clients. I have been going to Pilates classes with Shana for many years and I love the experience. Shana makes the class challenging yet fun. She is expert at tailoring the activities to each class member's needs, goals, and physical challenges. For example, I have osteoporosis, and need to avoid certain activities would might be dangerous for my bones. She makes modifications to the activities and reminds me of them. Shana's Pilates classes are a highlight of my week!
