She’s extremely careful and attentive to individual physical issues around body mechanics and mobility, she’s encouraging without being a drill sergeant, she’s fun and positive and authentically invested in her clients. I have been going to Pilates classes with Shana for many years and I love the experience. Shana makes the class challenging yet fun. She is expert at tailoring the activities to each class member's needs, goals, and physical challenges. For example, I have osteoporosis, and need to avoid certain activities would might be dangerous for my bones. She makes modifications to the activities and reminds me of them. Shana's Pilates classes are a highlight of my week!
