BodyMind Pilates is beyond fantastic. They offer highly personalized training and the work they do is like nowhere else. Although BodyMind classes are not a medical service, I strongly believe that the work they do is, in many cases, more effective than physical therapy for many people. I take privates with Hannah and Carolina and both are so knowledgeable and kind. After failing to progress in PT for years and never being able to participate in exercise due to pain, the work I am doing with BodyMind has helped me to learn about body mechanics and neurological connections to muscles and I am finally able to make progress, especially in core work. Whether you are already fit and looking for a challenge, coming back from injury or trauma, or simply looking for the best possible exercises tailored exactly to you, BodyMind is absolutely one of a kind - I am grateful for their work, their unique, personalized approach, and their peaceful, friendly, and positive studio.

Carolina and Hannah are both wonderful teachers. They help you see and feel the good and bad habits of your body and teach exercises that strengthen the deepest parts of the muscles. Classes focus on strength, balance, stability, motion, and working the senses for overall health.
Each session I feel stronger and am able to engage the correct muscles quicker.

I had two shoulder surgeries which made me reluctant to go back to the gym. Carolina and Hannah have worked with me building incremental strength and flexibility so I feel ready to go back to more strenuous workouts without the risk of injury. They have made a big difference in my outlook on exercise. Give them a try! Very easy going Studio with a great atmosphere!

Carolina is AMAZING! She knows each clients body and how to make sure you use it properly. You have to be patient with the results, but if you are consistent your aches and pains will eventually go away. She is as good as it gets for Pilates!

I have the body awareness of a drunken walrus. I feel that doing pilates has greatly improved it, however. The staff has always been welcoming and encouraging.
