My kids love it here. They always have a blast in their classes. Coach Penelope is so good with the kids. Every time we are there someone is cleaning the equipment.. the gym is always clean. We will be coming here for a long time. :)

I came to look at the facility last week and sign my son up for the toddler class. As soon as I got there I was sitting in my car and heard employees in the parking lot saying how bad they hate working there and making fun of other employees. That was enough to change my mind. Does not sound like somewhere I want my son to be at.

The preschool program is absolutely terrible and a complete joke. Judgmental and lacking compassion towards small children who have never been In a school environment. Completely unwilling to do their job and work with the child while they are in their care for only 3 hours. Will never refer anyone to this joke.

Came here for Open Gym on Wednesdays. They accept the first 50 people on the kist, u have to sign up in advance through the website.
We paid $7 its a whole hour and the place us big! My kid had a blast!
Thereβs a coach there to help the kids and she does a couple of cool activities with them.
They have restrooms and vending machines, right now thereβs lot of construction going on but cant wait to see how it turns.

I was with my children and there friends and it was 4 boys and 2 females. The boys were getting called out for not doing tricks all the time and for resting for a few seconds. There were other girls around them not doing anything and sitting in the middle of the trampoline. Coach Maya was being very disrespectful and was yelling at them for taking breaks. I think coach Maya was so mean and I think she should be fired.

We had 3 girls in gymnastics here for almost a year and chose to pull them because of two back to back incidents of rude staff to my 4 year old daughter. Reading the reviews here, it looks to be a common thread of mistreating children.
The staff is constantly turning over (my kids had different instructors almost every week), who are mostly new and inexperienced. Plus the woman behind the desk made my 4 year old cry and walked away. Their manager did call me (as I requested) and asked me to bear with them as they struggle to hire new coaches, but I refuse to pay for my children to be in unhealthy environments because of the unhealthy people working at this gym.

Such a fantastic spot! My nephew went to the preschool session and loved every minute of it. The standards and rules promote safety and a chance for each child to truly be able to use each piece of equipment. The prices are very reasonable. It was a great, active way to spend our morning on a cold day

Iβve been coming to bounce for five years, first with the kids I was a nanny for, and then again starting when my now four year old was one for open gym. My two and four year olds are now in the preschool gymnastics class, and Coach Candy is wonderful- I canβt imagine a more patient, energetic, and knowledgeable coach to introduce young children to gymnastics. Preschool Playtime is an amazing program that allows children to grow confident and play where they are the most interested, all while working on gross motor skills.

This gym is all about the money. The office/ business manager Melissa is terrible. She will do anything to ensure they do not miss a dollar, including confronting children in front of parents to the point of tears. Donβt call to talk to her about it either, she hides from calls. Very unprofessional! Additionally, the gym is dirty and unkept. This gym is definitely the armpit of gyms.

My daughters have been at Bounce since they were in diapers. The coaches here really care and are patient, skilled, friendly, engaging, and take the time needed to really help the kids through their challenges. Theyβre all so highly skilled and really enjoy working with little ones. What I love most about Bounce and these amazing coaches is that theyβre able to encourage my kids to practice at home and have somehow ingrained a passion and love for the sport in them that pushes them to practice outside the gym and they want to be better. I highly recommend Bounce.

My heart breaks for my daughter and all of her teammates at GymTactics. About 7/8 months ago, we made a decision that was well within our rights as parents, to move gyms, along with our coaches who left to start their own - and what an incredible decision that was. As many of you have probably seen in the paper, a story seemingly initiated by our previous gym, Bounce in Hartland, to sue the owners and astounding coaches...for long and short of it - stealing the clients. Bounce has reached levels to subpoena parents and drag innocent families into this greed and jealousy. As anyone in sports may know - you are under NO contract to stay with a facility, that canβt most likely be broke with a 30-day notice. There is no guarantee of income stream. When you donβt take pride in the βclientsβ - the incredible athletes that are working tirelessly to get to meet season and build their sports careers; ultimately winning for themselves and YOUR GYM - that lack of pride and care will be felt in numbers. Being able to take accountability for that is seemingly difficult for some...so, they have sought out to hurt not only the coaches, but these strong, beautiful, incredible athletes. Not even money. But, greed, envy, & multiple of the seven...WANTING purposefully for others to suffer.
Now, as continuation to that news story an βagreementβ, was reached that forces our coaches to be unable to coach our girls in our gym; the girls who followed their dedicated and beloved coaches - FOR A YEAR! As well as, cannot coach anywhere that is in a reasonable distance FOR A YEAR! The only reason this was agreed, is because our coaches and the goodness that is who they are, wanted to spare US parents the stress of being drug into this, by Bounces choosing. Iβm so hurt for my daughter and our gym; our home away from home 20 hours a week. All because of ones lack of ability to be an adult and take accountability for the lack of interest or care he has shown to, too many. Afraid of competition? You donβt lose 84 (as quoted in the article) athletes, because your gym was so great - you lose 84 athletes because the coaches are the reason we stayed as long as we had; tolerating many poor business practices. Shame on you Bounce Gym and Jonathan Conrad. Iβm sickened that a result like this - hurting innocent gymnasts who love and respect their incredible coaches; who are reaching for their dreams with dedication and countless hours of work - brings you such joy; that Collateral Damage is your happy place. Well, Collateral Beauty is ours. Thank you for providing an example for me to show my daughter what NOT to be as she journeys through life! What she does NOT want to surround herself with! ππΌ ππΌ Bang up job Bounce! #GymTacticsGym Class, passion, and goodness always prevails. We stand behind our coaches!!
I felt compelled to add something here:
For clarity, this post is not a βmother-scornedβ or, βmy world may now be a little chaoticβ - this post is simply the epiphany of realization. An extremely sad Realization that THIS, is in fact the world we live in. Where greed would bring joy to someone who would willingly act to see emotional hurt placed upon 100 children, at his hands. The hands that tried to come forward 7 months ago, with a guise of βCrystal Blue Persuasionβ to everyone who made a stance to no longer contribute to his pocket book. Presenting himself as apologetic; admitting to having allowed his lack of involvement to take effect. Expressing a turned page. But, that didnβt work... So, this sudden burst of βlove and pride for the sportβ, a βpure joy watching children reach their dreams as gymnastsβ...only to sell that soul of character to solidify a stamp in a book of personal vendettas. My child is worth more than his stamp. These are people we give our hard earned money to; who we trust with our children. Yet, sadly we end up with the realization they may not have been deserving of that.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! The general manager is horrible to deal with. She is rude and has no problem raising her voice, even to children. They advertise that they have air conditioning but set it at 85 degrees in the summer. My daughter had to leave many times because she was physically sick from the heat. They never cared. Their mistreatment of children is unforgivable.

Ownership doesnβt care about the children or athletes in the competitive gymnastics program, but will gladly take your money. The facility is dirty and unkept in many areas. Our kids were there because of the quality and consistency of coaching, but when the head coach left to pursue his dream of owning and running his own program, we followed. Bounce is now trying to shut down the new gym in another county and bringing families into the lawsuit. Many families had been clients of Bounce for years and never once were acknowledged or thanked by ownership for their business. Why would anyone stay when there are better options in the area where safety and development of their kids are put first ahead of business? It says a lot when every family left this gym.

Iβd rate this gym with ZERO stars if it were allowed. This gym is filthy and we sadly tolerate it for years until we no longer had too. There is a smell as soon as you walk in probably from the numerous buckets collecting rain water, or the wet floor by the team vaulting area, or maybe itβs the dirty bathrooms or mats that cause the smell? There are an abundant amount of reasons why we all left that gym but most importantly the customer service and management were impossible to deal with either by email or phone. Parents were constantly met with rude, unfriendly, abrasive, and unprofessional responses. Please do not use to this gym. There are plenty of gyms in the area. Iβd recommend GymTactics in Highland. Itβs new, clean, and has excellent coaching.

Great for gymnastics or cheerleading, even martial arts. I attend open gyms here every Sunday for 12$. Pretty clean facility, and everyone here is super kind. The only downside is that because everyone loves it, it can get packed. Usually just call ahead of maybe even swing by if you have the time because the amount of available space may be just fine and suited for you. They have on hand medical personel I believe and are always making sure you're being as safe as possible, relative to what gymnastics and tumbling involves. For those curious, they have I believe 2 spring floors, 6-7 trampolines, and a foam pit amongst many other things readily available to use. Checkem' out. Tell them Jahaad sent you.

Coach Wendy is horrible - Her old school mentality of "Negative Reinforcement" is so outdated. She needs to go. Last year I heard her bragging to other parents that she threatened management that she'd leave unless they paid her more. They made a mistake and gave her what she wants. She's always complaining to the parents that she has "so many kids to handle, they need to give her another coach to help her". If you can't handle what your management gives you, then look for the doors.
Its unfortunately, we've been there for over 3 years now, Coach Joan and Coach Abbey are wonderful with the kids, but Coach Wendy needs to learn how to treat people.

Rec classes are great! If you want your child on team GO ELSEWHERE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE ON THE BOUNCE TEAM! The coach only cares about himself and his solution to every issue is to either pull your child out of school early or home school your child because gymnastics should be more important that academics.
