Brenda Lewis has been my personal trainer for about 10 years. We meet once a week mostly in person but when I am away, we βmeetβ via electronic connections. Between meetings I work on the three routines she develops for me as I improve or, occasionally, regress. The focus of the routines is all round strength and flexibility and the in person sessions both introduce new drills, correction of form, and adjustment of repetition and weights. Always included is an emphasis on balance. Although I am a month away from 87, I still am in excellent health and lead an unconstrained, active life. People are often surprised when they learn my age. Part is luck (also called genetics) but much is due to the exercise routines Brenda tailors to my situation. Of course, I also do my βhomeworkβ but her attitude and approach to physical health makes it naturally appealing and so working out regularly is something I have made a priority. Brenda has a talent for physical training and has impressed me many times with her knowledge and understanding of the human body. Thus, I have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone, young or old, who desires to improve their strength and physical health.

Brenda is everything you should look for in a trainer. She's very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. She quickly understands your goals and incorporates flexibility, posture, balance and strength into full body workouts. Brenda understands muscle functions and also promotes healthy eating.
