Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Grand Rapids, MI features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. All the instructors are very upbeat and supportive. They encourage you to push yourself and offer alternatives if some of the exercises are too hard for you. There is a wide variety of abilities and ages in the people attending and are very supportive and friendly. I’ve been working out for years and never thought I would like this kind of thing. Overall, Burn does a good job of keeping you motivated by notifying you of attendance streaks and milestones. I had to come here this weekend for the State Track Meet and I wanted to attend camp but had a question. I called twice and left voicemail messages but received no response.

I heard good things about Burn from a friend so I randomly went to the Grand Rapids location for a 7 day trial. I have never been to gym that is so welcoming! From the staff to the members, everyone gets to know your name and you feel like you’re a regular on day 1. Great programming, great coaches and great members. Give it a try!!

This place will provide you with a challenging workout, great strength and cardio training. I attended their 30 day free trial- which is an amazing deal that is hard to come by with other gyms. They have a good variety of classes and class times. I don’t have a child but they have free child care which I feel is a huge perk for those that do. Why I’d give this place only 3 stars instead of 5, excessive high fives , not a huge fan of the instructing style of some of the instructors (boot camp style, so i guess that should be expected here given the name) and the membership and class packs are very expensive and they lock you in for months, rather than month to month.

I have never been to a gym like Burn Boot Camp! It truly is a community: a no judgment zone, it’s inclusive to everyone, and the trainers push you but are also helpful and kind. 1. I am an athletic male and almost all the burn women are stronger than me. Burn clearly delivers results.

2. If you leave here with energy left it is your own fault. The exercises and mods are tough enough to even finish let alone excel at with all the harder mods.

3. The group is super positive and accepting of everyone. Just a great environment with high fives never missing the mark.

4. This is going to be harder than most boorcamp classes you attend. The pace is strenuous for all 45 minutes.

5. I feel that they are a lot better about focusing on certain skills or muscle groups than other boot camps, which are more of just total body exercise. My muscle groups are regularly sore for 1 to 2 days after.

I lift weights and walk during the week so I thought I would try a class out here and see how it went. Boy did this place humble me QUICK. It is challenging, upbeat, and so much fun! Everyone I encountered was warm and inviting and each exercise has a modification for more or less of a challenge. I was dripping in sweat with a smile plastered on my face after I left this gym. These folks know how to get your heart rate up and make it fun! I will definitely be back.

First I have to say is… I LOVE BURN!!❤️ Burn Bootcamp is a great community, coaches for the workouts, and the people there working out. I was welcomed at day one, even remembered my name!! Everyone encourages one another and it feels like home. I love that the trainers are energetic and help you with your form. They encourage you to push yourself, no matter your fitness level. 2 words…Free childcare! Being a busy mom to 4 could normally be an excuse for no time to workout but burn takes that away! The kids love it and I’m able to get 45 minutes of me time for mental clarity and physical improvement! The encouragement and support from fellow gym goers and trainers is so great. First off, they should call it Burpee Boot Camp, because without any cardio equipment you’ll do a lot of them. However, the positives of that are- A. The floating floor, which is low impact on your joints. B. The trainers who will give all of the modifications if your body hasn’t quite arrived at burpee city yet. And C. a great workout. I personally like that they tell you what you’ll be working everyday for the week “upper body “lower body” etc. One of the smartest things I’ve seen is the child care that’s included with your membership. No one is going to find a sitter for an hour every day and finding time is tough, so Burn eliminated that excuse for you. There’s a great community there, friendliness and support comes from the trainers as well as the other campers. Go check it out and see for yourself, you’ll hear your name during the workout and burn a boat load of calories. 💪🏼

I stepped out of my comfort zone after having my second child and decided to give it a try. I love it and try to make it 5 days a week! The trainers and ladies I take classes with are great - they encourage you, motivate you and push you! I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp :)

Everyone here at burn ia so supportive and will push you to be the best you. I wake up everyday so excited to go to my workout. All of the trainers makw the workouts fun but challenging!! Also they have a 14 day free trial to try out burn highly recommend!!

Love this place. It gets me every time, but I never feel like I'm behind, even when I am. All levels welcome and really, you are competing against yourself. "Coaches" show you every activity with mods up and down, and are right there to help if you are unable to do a task and need help adjusting. I want to do better for me...and everyone wants you to do well, too. I feel strong about me...it's not about diet and weight numbers, it's about me and my strength, my core, my determination, my health. It's not just another class; every single day is something different, in a different order, different reps, etc.

I cannot set enough good things about my experience at Burn. Once you give it a try you will see how amazing the experience is. I actually enjoy going. It does not feel like a chore. The complimentary childcare was a huge selling point for me. You are not just joining a gym but a wonderful community of positive and supportive women.
