Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. As a physical therapist, I know a lot about exercise and in evaluating an exercise program for myself I like to see how knowledgeable the trainers are, and how much personal attention they give the clients taking advantage of the one Week Test Drive Burn Boot Camp offers I was able to observe a few trainers, and all were well trained positive, enthusiastic and supportive I did a CrossFit Boot Camp for five years until the pandemic hit and have been mainly doing gym workouts, running in high intensity, interval, training since then, in searching for a new group to work out with. I was very impressed with the supportive raised floor at Burn Boot Camp. It is a lot easier on the joints which is a definite plus , I think anyone considering the troy camp will find that whatever your fitness level, the trainers always demonstrate modifications of a particular exercise so that you can continue at your own pace and not injure yourself trying to keep up with the more experienced campers, Ron Clinton

Presently, I have two fitness memberships but Burnboot has taken up all of my fitness time. I have become a regular at the 5 a.m. camp and it is because of Brittany's energy and professionalism. She pushes me and where I am in my fitness journey, she has the right touch.
Jen and Soph are great too and because of them, I now go everyday.
I would be remiss if I did not mention Tawney. She does a great job of getting us checked in, recognizing milestones, birthdays, visitors, etc. and the social media presence that she helps create is second to none. She also won me over because (early on) I didn't go in at 5 a.m. with the best attitude.
Overall, Burnboot (Troy) has been great for me and my goal for 2025 is to get into the 250 Club!
Update: nothing has changed from my previous post and as of 1/31/25, I am 24 camps in for 2025!
Update 09/06/25: Today was class 190. As usual, Soph, Britt & Jen challenged me this week. I had the pleasure of seeing Soph & Britt compete in the trainer games last month and it's easier taking instruction from after seeing them compete and practice what they preach!
Update 11/06/25: Today was class 237. The usual suspects: Britt, Jen and Soph have been helpful and since my last update we now have Alyssa! Alyssa fits right in with the group and is a very good leader!

Didnt get the warm fuzzy feeling from the trainer when i walked in the door. The BA’s were amazing both days i attended camp. I also didnt like how hard she continued to push my daughter when she said she couldnt do something. Not sure if I’ll return when i come back in town. Might stick to on demand and high five myself considering only one other member high fived me the whole time.

I really appreciate the way Alyssa leads class at Burn Boot Camp. Burn Boot Camp is THEE most Amazing workout experience I have ever had! Jess was truly patient with me, texting me and following up with ALL my questions and schedule changes. I needed quite a bit of motivation to start so after a few weeks of “thinking about it” I came to my first class. Brittany was truly outstanding. I signed up for one year after my first class. I am just beginning my journey and while all participants are at varying stages in their ability to participate, everyone is accepted for where they are. I absolutely Love it here and have recommended it to my family and friends. I would say if you’re “thinking about it” give it a try, it may be just what you need. I know it is for me.

I really enjoy Burn Bootcamp and it is a fantastic place to work out. Every class is impactful and I can highly recommend this place for everyone. I have been going for 19 months and I can honestly say that every trainer has been a positive experience with new routines and a joy to be around. The smiles and legit happy vibes from the ambassadors as you walk in really sets the tone.
I even bring my son to the kids camps and he receives both the same positive, impactful and trustworthy experience.

As with anything new it can be intimidating starting at a new gym, but at Burn Troy they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It starts with Tawney’s welcoming smile at the front desk and carries on to the trainers and the other people in class. They know your name from day one (although sometimes I wish they didn’t, like when Jen pushes me to lift heavier.)
If you are just beginning your wellness journey don’t worry, there are always modifications to every excercise. As you go to class the faces will become familiar and the instructors and other gym goers are always there to encourage you and celebrate your victories.
I’ve definitely found d a community here. My face might not always show it but I enjoy my time here and am always glad I came.

I've only been going to burn for a few days now, but the way it's become my new favorite daily activity is awesome. My parents have been going for awhile and always pushed me to join them for a class or two. I always refused. But, I decided to take that leap and go! Now, if I miss a day, I'm sad. This place truly has been the perfect touch to my lifestyle, not only because I get to meet new people and be in the atmosphere, but because I'm bettering myself as a whole. I absolutely love going to the 5 a.m. I love getting up early to go and crush my workout and then have my whole day ahead of me. The trainers are amazing but especially Brittany! She will make you work for it! But, in the best way possible. The impact this place has on you is astronomical. Mind you, I'm 16 and the way Burn has transformed my perspective on life has been incredible. I'm proud of myself and I can thank Burn for it! I will be joining for a membership! I went to Burn Boot Camp Troy this morning at 7:30 for an incredible Metabolic Conditioning workout with Sophie. What an amazing 45 minutes! The energy in the Burn Boot Camp atmosphere is contagious—it pushes you to give it your all.

Burn has given me my soul back! They offer trainer supported group workouts that change EVERY SINGLE DAY. They also provide focus meetings to make sure you stay on track, and they offer advice on how to make better food choices, or they can recommend recipes! I've lost nearly 20 pounds and gained all my confidence back, even with a knee injury. They are more than happy to adjust any workout to accommodate your body and needs. I love this place! The membership is affordable and comes with a great support system to help you meet your goals. Most gyms have so many added little costs along the way but this place it’s all included (nutrition help, training, personal consults with the trainers, child watch, unlimited sessions). My experience at Burn Boot Camp has been AMAZING!! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming & professional.
The staff is always friendly & keep you motivated. The trainers are knowledgeable & especially love the 1:1 guidance during the training even in a group class.
The membership is fair for all that they offer especially making it more easy for the moms with free childwatch.
I personally love this place so much that I get FOMO when I don't go for the workouts (LOL).
Overall, I’d recommend Burn Boot Camp to anyone who would be interested to take charge & get ahead in physical fitness.

I just returned to burn boot camp troy in January since covid and I just have to say so happy that I did. I've tried getting back to the gym after covid and nothing is like Burn. The motivation that all the members and trainers bring is on another level. This is a community not just a gym. The trainers push you even if you think you can't anymore. When I say I can't they say yes you can. Trainer Evan is like no other. He just knows how to make you burn a sweat and get what you're looking for in a workout. Love the classes, and all trainers are very helpful and supportive with modifications as needed. The burn community is very inclusive especially for pregnant, postpartum moms and new dads as well.
It’s a group class, but they still give you individual attention and motivation throughout the classes. The best part is, they also have childWatch which is immensely helpful for parents as they watch kids while we get in our exercise. Makes for no excuses for us to miss classes for not being able to find a sitter / have family to help.
The membership also includes focus meeting to help us get to our individual goals. I’m definitely looking forward to be consistent.

This was my first time attending a class at Burn and I have to say… it’s worth it!! Is it challenging, absolutely! However, with the encouragement from trainer Brittany bouncing around the room and actually finishing the circuits with us made it so much better in the end! Trust me when I say I’ve never been into fitness and did not enjoy working out the slightest bit, but coming to Burn has changed that! What a great place to get fit! I couldn’t remember the last time I’ve worked out. Having a sitter available to make time for myself was very hard, so once I came across there ad and seen there was childwatch offered…I had no excuse not to sign up! My daughter is my daily motivation to go work out, she’s always excited to go and play with the other kids and I can watch her cheer me on 🥰 Everyone from staff and attendees have been very welcoming since I’ve joined! & I have no regrets! I enjoy coming here for a workout so much , that I even attend some of their 5am classes…and I’m someone that loves her sleep! Burn Boot Camp is a great gym. The workouts are challenging, yet never the same. The other campers work hard and there is a real “feel good” atmosphere during the workout. I love working out at Burn Boot Camp in Troy! The workouts are great and the instructors are always changing up the routine so I never get bored. The best part is the child watch room!!!! I’m a single mom and it’s always been hard to find time to workout, but now I can bring my kid to the gym with me. My 5yr old loves going, there’s a window for him to watch me workout and plenty of toys, games and other kids for him to stay entertained. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that ask!

I haven’t been to an organized group fitness place in more than 15 years so I was picky on where and what I was looking for. I wanted a place I felt encouraged, supported, not intimidated, and a place I looked forward to going….this is it y’all!
I did a free 7 day trial and on the 3rd day I signed up for a membership. There’s people of all different ages, sizes, & fitness levels! Trainers (shout out to Bailey, Justin & Evan) are awesome and help motivate you!
I was nervous going to my first class but now I’m a few weeks in and it’s been a great way to start my day!
Childwatch is awesome for all the moms and dads! I love that each day is different focusing on strength or cardio and everything can modified up or down depending on your fitness level or injuries. And Burn is so great at supporting your wins with recognition and documentation (gotta love the pics and signing your name on the wall!) With 7 class times a day, you can always find a time that works for you! They also have great events for their members like charity fundraisers, spirit week, etc.
*update* I’m now 4 months in and Burn is still my happy place! I’m getting stronger and fit comfortably in my jeans again lol
If you’re scared to embark on your fitness journey, you really need to check this place out and give it a go!!!

I live in Florida and visit Michigan for a little over a month to chill with my parents. I go to this location when I am here. I love it! I went one time in the winter and Justin remembered me six months later! Everyone that attends are of all shapes and sizes. We are pretty all inclusive and I have definitely made a friend or two. I do the gym you go and can do your own workouts but never do I sweat (evidence you worked hard). Working out a target area feels so good. I went there for 9 months. It is pretty pricey ( 140-175$/mo range) but it is worth every penny. If you value your health and want to get back in shape this is the place to go they offer 7 day free trials, free childcare with membership, an extremely supportive community of women and the fitness program is phenomenal. By going here I retrained my habits and went from never working out to working out 6 days a week, eating healthier, treating myself better in terms of mental state, and just overall improved physical and mental well being. Even after leaving my habits continue and there is not one day that I don't want to go back, I just cant afford the process at the moment. If its within your budget this is the place to be.

I have been a member of burn for about a year now and I love it. The workouts are different every day so it never gets boring and there are always modifications depending on your fitness level. Seriously, this is a gym for any fitness level. Do not feel intimidated to come in because you aren’t fit enough and don’t think the workouts won’t be hard enough because you are super fit. Finally, it’s really nice to work out in an all women’s gym where there aren’t any creepers:).
