Best gym in TC in my opinion. Not big but everything you need, not busy, reasonably priced and a very nice building.

The hockey arenas are awesome. The fitness center is about 3 star. There aren’t a lot of people so that’s a plus. But it’s a very small one

I like it because it’s close to home.

It has dumbbells and machines. It has a yoga room and showers.

It’s very cheap. $25 monthly

Great facility with abundance of equipment & classes. Trainers/class leaders are very professional. They know their stuff. Very effective at knowing/remembering which members need help/suggestions for modifying their progress. A wide variety of classes offered. It’s a tremendous value. And I greatly appreciate the individualized attention I can get when needed.

Joelle is great as a class instructor. It may be difficult to get into classes because it is a small facility and very popular but well worth the effort.

My wife and I have been members from the start. We think the monthly rates are competitive and become a great value if you take advantage of the workout classes that are included in the monthly fee. An app on our phone allows us to schedule the classes, allows us to be part of a waiting list if a class is full, and notifies us if a cancellation puts us into a wanted class. During the Pandemic, the workout classes were offered on-line which kept us exercising throughout the challenging times. All the workout leaders are sensitive to our individual restrictions even though the class has 15-18 attendees. For seniors to have a place like this is a blessing and keeps us all a little stronger. Come join us anytime.

One of the better ice rink I have skated at. Overall, no better accommodations in Michigan then center-ice rink, JS.

A great place for family time, a work out or entertainment.
Plus, Preferred Roofing Services is currently working on the roofing above the offices to help keep them dry.

FYI... Tom likes taking advantage of the elderly by asking the full price to use the silver sneakers program. Maybe he assumes elderly have plenty of money to throw away. I don't think he's truthful about how much he gets from the silversneakers program, so He charges $15 to have trainer and or join a group regardless if you don't use them. It's like ordering a burger, and they charge you for everything on the menu saying: 'All the food is there to eat whether you want it or not... Your choice... But we're still going you have to charge you'. I don't think he understands the challenges of septuagenarians and older. I belong to another fitness center... It's free through silversneakers and You can pay for a trainer or classes extra if you want.

They don't let you use the gym when the Red Wings are in town. Every time I went in there was a new sign telling us equipment that we weren't allowed to use. update they didn't respond to this comment until 2 years later!!!!

Great gym. Came here to workout a ton back when it was owned by Fit For You. This year I came back and the new ownership has made strong improvements to the gym! Happy to be back.

An excellent, friendly, affordable fitness center. Centre Ice Fitness is a bit of a hidden gem, tucked back away from the main roads attached to the Centre Ice Skating Rink. The staff are friendly and helpful, the other members are also positive and friendly. Working out at Centre Ice Fitness is a pleasure. Not a five star due to no member access outside of building hours, sometimes i want to workout at odd times.

The manager, Tom, is a great guy and friendly. They have a lot of “free” classes you can sign up for after paying a rather cheap monthly membership. You won’t run into any roid raged bad tude dudes like at other gyms. (I haven’t ever yet) Most are good people just trying to get into shape. They do need another squat rack and flat bench though.
Gets busy during all the hockey stuff. Overall, a great place to get into shape and offer a ton of different classes.

Absolutely love this place! They have all of the free weights, machines, and cardio equipment you could ever need, but they also offer FREE classes like yoga, circuit training and a bunch of other awesome ones that can fit any ones workout style. They also offer the most reasonable prices out there! If you take advantage of the free classes there is really no better deal out there. And all of the class trainers are awesome!
