I have been coming to Club Pilates for about 3 years now. It has changed my life. I feel so much stronger, mind and body than before I started. I have been a member at club pilates for several years and the results have paid off! Each class is custom-led by an instructor for 12 or fewer participants. Each class has a balance of upper body, lower body, and core exercises. It is a judgment free zone and they are there to improve your lifestyle and fitness rather than emphasizing weight or other things to make you insecure, like some gyms. There are people of all shapes and sizes, and ages, who are regular members (most members are women but men are welcome too). I recommend the unlimited package, which also gives you access to their other studios in Troy, West Bloomfield, Rochester, Livonia, and Royal Oak. Each teacher has a unique style but they are also trained to a specific method of reformer pilates, so there is consistency regardless of who you book with. Everyone has their favorite teachers, but booking with a variety of teachers gets you the best results.

Still loving my Club Pilates membership (my home studio is Beverly Hills)! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and concerned that you get the best workout for your ability! Instructors always provide modifications for nearly every position for those who may need them!! After completing 900 classes at Club Pilates, I can state the following:
A. The instructors are trained in the depth and practice of pilates on the reformer.
B. The instructors have interpersonal intelligences.
C. The strength you acquire from the pilates reformer, will look differently on each client. Yet, collectively and individually we look GREAT!

I joined the studio after completing physical therapy for a back injury. I had never done Pilates or any similar exercise. The classes have really helped me with strengthening and conditioning. I realized I had been losing muscle strength. I joined Club Pilates and after a few sessions began to feel stronger again. I love the instructors! I have had two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement. they work with me and modify to fit my needs while allowing me to grow stronger. They are fun too! My membership allows me to attend any of the clubs in Michigan and schedule 60 days out which has been so important for my ability to stick with this. I just started going here a month ago. I have never done Pilates before so I was definitely intimidated. They offered me a free beginner class and I was hooked. A month in and I can feel my core is so much stronger. I no longer have aches and pains in my back. This is a low impact workout that really helps build balance, full body strength and flexibility. Everyone at the studio is so nice. They keep it really clean. I really like the instructors and how i never have the same workout. I feel welcomed and I love how they really stand by Pilates being for "every body". There are people here of all ages and body types. Don't be intimidated and give it a try! It is worth every penny.

Classes are decent and the instructors vary in level and experience. There is a level for everyone at Club Pilates. The scheduling, booking, cancellation fees are a nightmare at the Beverly Hills location and others in the nearby area. Waitlists are 6-8 people deep at the prime classes and you have to book weeks in advance to be able to get into most of them. It’s in inferiorating. 12 hour cancellation policy $20 cancellation fee. I’ve heard of people just showing up and potentially hoping for a no-show but I have never tried it myself.

I absolutely love Club Pilates! I am not an athlete and used to dread working out, I’ve now taken over 400 classes! The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly supportive. Even in a group class with up to 12 people, it still feels like a one-on-one personal training session. I signed up and was invited to an introductory hands on beginners class and instantly I knew this would be my start before getting back into the gym! The manager of Club Pilates, Rickey, is very caring, encouraging, and helpful. The instructors are amazing. I've been to Lesa and Kayla's classes and just adore them! They make each session different, so it never gets boring! You might use the reformer, springboard, fitness ball, Bosu, and hand weights all in one session depending on your level. The instructors will help you modify your workoutif you have an injury or need assistance, so don't be shy to ask! I started out going once a week, but quickly decided that twice a week would be the best way to see results. I'm noticing a big change in my body after 10 classes! I highly recommend Club Pilates. Very rude staff, a lot of calls to enroll and pay but once you get there you feel unwelcome. I did an observation to the manager thinking he will take feedback in a professional way but instead he was really disrespectful, additionally the front desk lady interrupted the class claiming out loud that we have a pending payment for the session, we had to stop to show her the payment confirmation, like? Can we check it before or after not during class please.

Recovering from a broken ankle I was searching for a form of fitness that would challenge me but not put excess strain on my ankle and Club Pilates has been perfect. I'm thrilled to get a total body workout without of over stressing my joints. I particularly appreciate that the instructors routinely change the classes to challenge regularly attendees with something new. It's been a perfect fit and I recommended it to my 70 year old mother who enjoys it and now goes regularly. It's been a blessing. Doing Pilates at Club Pilates has been a true gift and has changed my life for the better.
I came to Pilates in June 2024 by way of physical therapy due to a serious sports injury that put me down for over 2 years.
Thanks to one instructor in particular, not only am I able to have fun in Pilates, but I am also now strong enough to lift weights again, which I was not hopeful about due to the level of pain I was in for so long. I could not even sustain cardio for more than 4 minutes at a time, but now I am back to my regular time on the Stairmaster and elliptical.
Additionally, I had to have a lifesaving surgery that resulted in all of my abdominal muscles, and more, being cut through, so I've also had to build up a lot more core strength. Pilates has helped with my healing journey even more than my pelvic floor physical therapy.
If I could give the primary instructor, I see 10 stars and $1 million, I would. She's that amazing.
PLEASE NOTE: This is MY story; set your expectations for YOU based on YOU, not me. I did not come into Pilates expecting my life to change for the better, it just happened that way, and I hope it does for you, too.
This took MONTHS. Do NOT go in there stressing those people out for a particular outcome.
The only reason for the 4/5 is that it's recently gotten loud and chatty at the location I go to and that can be distracting, but I think there is some new training going on or something.
If you're considering Pilates, I highly recommend that you try it out. Also, Olivia at the front desk is wonderful and helpful as well.

I thought that I'd mastered some of these moves but Lesa helped me to get more out of each movement and added depth to my workout that I'm sure will pay dividends in my results.

I have been a member for about 5 months, and I am so glad I joined! It has been challenging (which I love) but also fun. Each instructor I have had, such as Missy, Abby, or Sean, has been amazing and so willing to work with me to ensure I am okay and help me adjust as needed, while still pushing me as far as I can go.

An excellent and clean facility with great classes. All the instructors have been wonderful teachers. During pregnancy and now postpartum, the instructors have been very inclusive making sure to give me modifications but still get a workout. Depending on your membership you have to plan early to figure out if you want a specific class, instructor or time but they do have a lot of options and I’ve been taken off of waitlists pretty frequently.

I joined Pilates this past January to try something outside of CrossFit & boot camp style workouts. I was hesitant but took my intro class with Lesa & I was immediately hooked! I've been going to this studio for years. It's clean, the staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The instructors are great and I love that classes are always different from day to day. Even the easiest level classes offer a great workout and the instructors are really good at giving progressions if you're looking to push yourself. They offer a variety of class levels, basically every hour of everyday and seem to always be adding more, so it's easy to find a class time that works. This was my first time trying a Pilates reformers class & I am hooked! I’ve been attending classes here since April and not only do I love the instructors, the staff are very friendly as well. They have a personal touch that makes you want to return. After having a baby a year ago and emergency c section I wasn’t too motivated to go back to the gym as a ftm I was exhausted but I knew my pelvic floor and core strength needed some work. I love that I feel stronger and confident while having fun in class. Reed is amazing at what she does! The way she gives instructions for each move is very encouraging and she also explains what we are working on and why it’s important. Thank Club Pilates for getting me excited to workout again :)

I joined in September and have been going 3-4 days a week, since. I love the variety of classes/instructors and appreciate the number of classes that are offered during the week. The instructors will help you modify for pre-existing injuries and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. I highly recommend the studio for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Unprofessional staff. I went to an initial class through class pass and was called by an employee that asked about my experience, I stated that the 1.0 was a little two easy for me and she offered for me to come in to a harder class free of charge. I was subsequently charged and when I tried to dispute this, was then told this interaction never happened and the manager could not understand why I couldn’t pay “just $35”. I make close to minimum wage and $35 is half of my class pass membership, so if I had known it was not free I would have just signed up for another class on class pass. The manager and I went back and forth on this because she would now have to pay a $25 fee for me disputing and would not accept that I was told it would be free.

Finding a reformer class postpartum has allowed me to ease back into fitness. The targeted exercises engage my deep abdominal muscles and strengthen my whole body in a low impact setting. This club is incredibly inflexible, inconsiderate and all about the money. I requested to cxl a membership just began due to inability to attend after my moms cancer deterioration. Zero interest to understand my situation and denied cancellation to rather continue collecting a 3month payment when only 1 visit ever attended. Very distasteful. Shameful that Stephanie is more concerned with profit. Good luck to her & club pilates not ever experiencing the unbearable effects of cancer. I deeply regret giving your club any of my time.

I love pilates!!!! I'll take photos next time I'm there. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You do not need to be in shape to come here. They'll even accommodate injuries to help you have a safe workout. There are folks of all ethnicities, sexualities, genders, and other identities. All are welcome!
I am out of shape and have a lot of joint pain and this has really helped improve my health and mood.
Plus, there are so many options for classes throughout each day to accommodate various schedules. I only wish it were more reasonably priced but I can only assume it costs a lot to cover equipment, space, and instructor pay.

I started going to reformer Pilates because I have some early stages of arthritis and needed an exercise that was safe for my joints while still gaining muscle. I don’t enjoy mat Pilates, but the reformer is so much fun! I feel like a kid and my joints never ache anymore. I go to hot yoga 2-3 days a week and since I’ve stared Pilates, I’ve noticed a great improvement in my flexibility and balance during my hot yoga practice. All the instructors are wonderful! Jamile is super attentive to your form and makes sure you’re doing your best.
The membership is a too much in my opinion. I think if all the instructors gave more individual attention and the price was less, I would give 5 stars.

Obsessed with Pilates! I’ve never felt more transformed from all the different types of workouts I’ve done over the years - strength training, yoga, hiit, probably more. I’ve been doing Pilates 2-3 times a week for 4 months at this studio and already notice such a difference in my core and pelvic floor strength, pelvic stability, and overall tone. I was 4 months Postpartum from my second child when I started and had some severe pelvic and core instability along with pelvic floor issues and those issues are GONE, without any specific pelvic floor therapy. This is the first workout routine in my life that I’ve ever looked forward to doing each time. This studio is great (and I’ve been to the west bloomfield and Troy locations a couple times as well), everyone is friendly, the place is clean, and the instructors do such a great job and have so much attention to detail on form. I mostly take classes led by Reed and Missy and they are both awesome. Highly recommend!! Thank you to the Club Pilates team for changing my life!
