I was really nervous to start pilates as I had never done a workout like it before but from the moment I stepped into the studio everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A little over 2 months in and coming to class is the highlights of my week. 10/10 recommend if you’re on the fence about trying it out, especially classes with Karen, Carrie, and Bea!

I had the pleasure of attending a Pilates classes with Alicia, and I must say, she is an exceptional instructor. From the moment I walked in, Alicia's friendly and welcoming nature set a positive tone for the entire session. Her passion for Pilates is evident, and it shines through in her teaching.
Alicia's expertise is remarkable, and she provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions that make even the most challenging exercises accessible. She has a keen eye for detail and offers personalized adjustments to ensure everyone is practicing with proper form and technique. This attention to detail helped me feel more confident and secure in my movements.
What sets Alicia apart is her ability to make the class engaging and enjoyable. I love this place! I started Pilates after a suggestion from my Physical Therapist to keep up the strength I had built up for my upcoming knee replacement. I started with individual sessions with Carrie and she made me feel so comfortable while learning the moves and finding modifications needed to take the classes. All the instructors were able to provide me with the modifications needed as I progressed up until surgery. Well, I had my knee replaced in September and thanks to the few months of Club Pilates prior to surgery, my recovery was SO much better and ahead of schedule. I have recently started back after getting released and cannot be more excited. YAY to Club Pilates Midland for assisting me through pre-hab and recovery! I can’t to see where it will take me now.

As a guy practicing Pilates, it can feel a bit intimidating since most of the participants are women. However, I’ve found that everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive, all focused on helping you achieve your personal goals.
Shelby is fantastic—whether I have to cancel last minute or need clarification about my membership, she’s always there to help with a great attitude. Her positive energy seems to carry over to the whole staff because they’re all so friendly and eager to assist.
The instructors are top-notch and really take the time to get to know you and support your progress. I’ve been doing Pilates since September or October, and if all goes well, I plan to keep going strong!
