I drop in here when I'm in town and this is a great box with a small-town feel. The owner and community are friendly and welcoming, classes are small and personal, and the box itself is well-appointed.

I have been at the gym since it opened and absolutely love it. These guys do a great job at motivating and teaching. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else in town more.
