Joined 2 months ago and I have to say it is one of the best things I could have done for myself. It is a great facility with a lot to offer such as a track for walking, a variety of exercise equipment, group exercise classes, sauna and massage chairs. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing gym at a great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Locker room and steam room are clean and include towel service. Equipment is updated, and they offer a lot of workout classes. I enjoy the view of the river from the track. You get a parking pass with your membership. I look forward to working out on the balcony when it's warmer out. They say more updates are coming soon!

I don’t think I’ve ever signed up for anything so fast. I just moved to downtown a couple months ago & of course started the grueling process of finding a gym. I found one two blocks away that I really liked that I could walk to but I was told they & their other locations had saunas & steam rooms. That in fact was not the case. I finally called 8 places today that were labeled “health & wellness” facilities & various other gyms & none had a steam room. Finally my 9th call was to this facility & within 10 minutes, I was already taking a tour with Shannon. He was absolutely terrific & I immediately felt at home. A couple minute drive is totally worth it & their steam room is awesome! Cannot wait wait to make this my home gym. Absolutely wonderful!

I love this gym. It's very clean, airy, has tons of natural light. The equipment is brand new. Thay have a sauna and towels and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been a member at this gym for over a year now and have been so happy with my experience. It's clean, incredibly kind and welcoming staff, and has a variety of amenities, including a steam room soon! Great gym and better community.

This is one of the newest health and fitness centers in Southeast Michigan. The equipment is state of the art, the facility is well maintained and improving.
