Good facilities, its a gym rat kind of gym. The big guys, and people serious about changing their lives. Not your typical snap or lifetime by any means.. Could use a deep clean, but members are pretty good about wiping down after use.

Best gym ever personal trainer Conner knows exactly how far to push especially when you feel like you can do more but since having knee surgery need to take it a little slow and build up to where you were before surgery.

Best gym around! Open 24hours, the building is secure, not crowded and has a awsome cooler stocked with delicious drinks for you workout needs. Great prices on a membership as well.
