I've been attending classes at DownPup Yoga on and off for three years now with my daughter and now my son and it is such a wonderful experience each class. We've taken Toddler Yoga & Play, Storytime Yoga, Preschool Yoga & Craft and Pop-Up Preschool Sunday classes. All the teachers are so thoughtful and caring and really make you feel welcome. I recommend DownPup Yoga to friends all the time, its' really a wonderful place for children & adults (I enjoy the classes as much as my kids do!) The owner, Ms. Katie is so responsive to any questions or concerns and you can tell right away her passion really makes this place thrive. Can't wait to continue taking classes here!

I found Jess Duffy when searching for a prenatal yoga class last year and have been with her ever since! This is a kind, supportive environment, perfect for going through pregnancy and the first year of motherhood. My daughter and I love her mom and baby yoga class!

As an (expecting) parent you hear “it takes a village” — it’s cliche because it’s true. Jess has created a village of support for mammas that is so deeply needed. The practice of coming together natures the entire family through kind movement, encouraging words and the reminder that you’re not alone. These are more than yoga classes, they’re soul filling. If you’re looking for great (prenatal and postnatal) yoga instruction, along with so much more (that you don’t realize you need), stop looking and try this place. Jess is a true gem.

I’ve been so grateful to have found Jess Duffy at DownPup Yoga in Plymouth. I attended her prenatal classes before having my daughter and learned things about taking care of myself and preparing my body and mind that gave me so much confidence going into childbirth. Even though I ended up having an unplanned c-section, the mental preparation and education I received from her made it possible for me to have a positive experience.
Now my daughter and I go weekly to her mom and baby yoga classes, and continue to be impressed by the welcoming space she nurtures for moms and babies. Her passion for supporting moms has reached so many families, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you, Jess, for all that you have shared with us; it’s important work, and your dedication is impressive.
If you’re in the area, try a class! DownPup Yoga is for the whole family, and as a newer resident of this area, I’m so pleased to have found this resource.

I’ve done prenatal and mom and baby yoga with Jess and I am so thankful. She always adapted her guidance by saying babies since I have twins and celebrates all moments, big and small. She is so knowledgeable and is so inclusive of everyone! Highly recommended!

Downpup Yoga is wonderful. My 2.5 year old daughter and 1 year old son have attended classes there. Katie is welcoming, engaging, and gentle with all of the kids. She is excellent at gauging student interest and attention span and adjusting activities as needed. Both of my children throughly enjoy the classes. The prices are reasonable and the booking process is easy.

We love DownPup Yoga! My elementary-aged daughter has taken after-school classes with Miss Katie a few times now. Her classes are wonderful! We enjoyed the experience so much we also signed up for her virtual monthly program during the first year of the pandemic. The monthly box of yoga goodies and the virtual classes were such a treat for my daughter. Miss Katie always does a fantastic job working with the kids - in-person and virtually. Our Girl Scout troop even earned badges doing a class with her!
Because our experiences have been so great, I signed up for a yoga class for adults at her new studio. The instructor, Rachel, has been amazing - especially for a newbie like me! The space is clean and inviting, and I feel so much better after a relaxing hour with her.
Thank you so much, DownPup Yoga! You are a very special part of our community!

We’ve taken yoga classes with DownPup and everyone has had a great experience - 4 year old, toddler, and myself, included! Miss Katie uses a variety of methods to connect the kids with their mind and body, and included many breathing techniques, games, and fun activities like “toe-ga.” Every class began with a fun song to get the class warmed up. As an avid yogi myself, it is an awesome experience to practice with my children in a fun and stimulating environment. Highly recommended!

Miss Katie is the best! She really puts her heart into her spaces and her classes, and is always thinking of new and fun ways to engage kids & families. These classes are one of the best things you can do for (or with!!) your toddlers, big kids, and tweens/teens. Excited that they've started offering some new types of classes in the new studio too!
