Stated quite simply: Morgan is the best! My son is an active and competitive baseball player/pitcher. In October, 2024, he had to have elbow surgery, and we were very uncertain about his future returning back to the field. During an emotional and teary first phone conversation with Morgan, she assured me with complete confidence that we would get my son back onto the field, competing at the level he wants to, and that he would be healthier and stronger than ever. She was right! She was there to help and guide him (and our family) every step of the way through very personalized and intense PT sessions, and then subsequently through her strength & conditioning program. We can't thank her enough for everything that she did (and continues to do) for him, and what she is now doing to help our younger daughter develop strength in order to prevent injury. She started as our PT, but she became more like family!

Morgan is truly amazing at what she does. I can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who cares about helping you overcome setbacks. She helped me get back to playing professional hockey after surgery on my adductor. What stood out was how she looks at the whole picture to treat symptoms, not just the injury itself. She used modern methods like dry needling with electric stimulation and guided me through targeted exercises. Additionally, she provided me with a super helpful document containing short-, mid-, and long-term plans to rebuild strength, power, and speed, which was especially valuable since I moved back to Switzerland after two months in Michigan.

Morgan is by far the best physical therapist that I have ever been to. I have had back issues for years, in one session I feel 100% better. I now see the need to see her consistently, to avoid dealing with back pain all the time. She explained everything to me so I know what I need to do on my own. Morgan Thank you tons. If you have back pain this is literally life changing.

Morgan is such a great physical therapist! As soon as I started experiencing wrist pain from overuse in golf and Pilates, I gave her a call, and she jumped right in to help. She was incredibly responsive, caring, and made me feel supported and confident that I’d be back to normal in no time. I stuck with the exercises we did together, and within a month, I was feeling so much better. Without a doubt, Morgan’s drive and commitment to my recovery made all the difference!

There is truly not enough words to describe how Morgan is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself and your own personal health. I first saw Morgan when she was recommended to me by my pitching coach when I was having labrum issues, and she guided me through my recovery while challenging me and my body to not only become healthy, but to become stronger as I returned to baseball activity. These issues no longer plague me but I still continue to see her to ensure that I can stay healthy while I navigate through my collegiate career. She is truly one of the most kind individuals I have met and is incredibly passionate about seeing other people’s success. She is an absolute joy to work with.

I started working with Morgan several years ago to improve mobility for golf. She helped me quite a bit so my daughter and wife started working with her also. I had a shoulder replacement in 2024 and went through the standard PT with the group my surgeon recommended. I was still having pain and my strength and ROM wasn’t where I needed it to be so I contacted Morgan. She was fanstastic and helped resolve my lingering issues. Her knowledge and experience is second to none!!

I started seeing Morgan for some hernia surgery pre-hab which extended to help with some elbow tendonitis and a shoulder issue. I was continually impressed with Morgan's level of care, attention to detail, depth of knowledge and her expansive toolkit. I wanted PT that empowered me as well with exercises that were outside the basic PT toolbox and that produced results. I got all of that and more. I highly recommend Morgan!

Five stars isn't enough. I'd been fighting sciatica for ten years. Not only did Morgan fix the immediate problem and pain, she gave me long-term exercises, which is what I really wanted. She's incredibly knowledgeable, but even more important in my opinion is that she really listens. If you've been to other physical therapists you know how important it is to find someone who listens.

I have worked with Dr. Morgan Kennedy over the past few years for both physical therapy and golf performance, and have seen amazing results.

A few years ago, I moved back to Ann Arbor intent on living a more active lifestyle after years spent in front of a computer in a demanding job. I have always had a passion for golf playing in high school and working at a golf course in my youth, so I purposefully structured my active lifestyle around golf. It rapidly became clear that my 40 something year old body was not able to move like it used to, lacked endurance, and honestly felt weak.

I first started seeing Morgan to help with a longstanding shoulder injury that was aggravated by golfing. Dr. Kennedy designed a program to strengthen the muscles in my shoulder, which has continued to improve to the point it no longer bothers me. I also started to experience some stiffness and soreness in my ankles from golfing, and she was able to quickly identify several exercises to improve my ankle strength and mobility.

I have continued a golf performance exercise program designed my Morgan, and have not had any major injuries while seeing much improved endurance. I generally see Dr. Kennedy about once a month to update the program in which we assess my progress, and discuss problem areas in my body to focus on either for injury prevention or improved strength and mobility in my golf swing. Dr. Morgan’s expertise in biomechanics along with her knowledge of the golf swing has really been helpful in tailoring the improvements I need to make to my body and fitness to improve my golf performance. The proof is in the results. My driver ball speed has gone from less than 150 mph to consistently topping out in the mid-160s and improving my driving distance from about 250 yards to close to 300 yards. While I have worked hard on my game over the past few years, Morgan’s program has contributed to my improved endurance and performance in going from bogey golfer to currently a 5 hcp index. I am still seeing improvement and am excited to continue to work with Morgan.

I am so grateful that I found Morgan after two poor physical therapy experiences that occurred after surgery to fix a lifelong dislocating patella. She listened to my concerns and was the only physical therapist to ask for X-Rays taken before and after surgery and ask questions about the surgery on both knees 30 years prior. My quads (for both legs) were a mess going into surgery and were nonexistent coming out of surgery. She developed a detailed plan to build up the quads slowly (while working on ankle, hamstring, calves, and glute issues) and was very sensitive to anything that made my patella jump out of the groove which was very stressful to me. She also fixed an arm issue that resulted from a bad fall when my patella dislocated prior to surgery.

As I approach my 60th birthday, I am thrilled to be able to do all of the outdoor activities that I couldn’t do before (walk fast, hike hilly terrain, certain swimming strokes, etc) and work at my retail store. And, I even have more flexion in my knee than what I was told I would be capable of by previous physical therapists. Thank you, Dr. Morgan Kennedy—you are truly amazing!

I first saw Morgan about 2 years ago for a foot related issue. It only took a couple sessions for me to start seeing significant improvements in my mobility . I had such a great experience with Morgan that when my son was diagnosed with sever’s disease, she became his PT too. We have been so happy with Morgan that once she started offering strength and conditioning for athletes, my son signed up and has been working with her since. He loves his weekly sessions and his strength, speed and overall mobility has increased significantly in a relatively short period of time. Morgan is kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. If you are in need of a PT or you are an athlete looking for a strength coach, Morgan is your girl!

Morgan is AMAZING!! I've gone to see Morgan for two separate injuries and she's been so helpful to me both times, I feel very heard and like she takes my pain what I have to say seriously. Morgan is so intelligent and I've healed so much faster with her help. I'm usually very hesitant to seek out help when I'm injured or sick but I never feel any hesitation reaching out to Morgan for help when I'm hurting. She's literally a godsend, do yourself and your body a favor and schedule a visit.

Dr. Morgan Kennedy is the absolute best at what she does. I started seeing her a few years back for a variety of issues which were impacting my ability to run longer distances. I have been in and out of PT many times over the years for several different injuries/orthopedic surgeries and I can honestly say Dr. Morgan is the gold standard for PTs. Her knowledge about all things related to rehab/fitness is beyond impressive and her passion for what she does is obvious in how she treats her clientele. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy for anyone looking to work through an injury or improve upon their overall health and wellness!

Morgan is fantastic! I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially golfers or other athletes. I’m an active triathlete but came to her due to a severe case of golfers elbow. She is TPI certified and quickly figured out that my golfers elbow was tied to my long-term back issues and lack of spinal mobility. She corrected some things I was doing wrong with my swing and my weight training and gave me some exercises to help with my strength and mobility. I ended up winning my golf league last year thanks to her. She’s great and definitely knows her stuff! I will go back to her for any future issues.

Morgan is an incredible physical therapist and has helped me tremendously with lower back and hip pain. She is friendly, kind, thorough and an excellent clinician. She never rushes through a PT session and is great at helping you learn different exercises and their progressions.

Dr. Kennedy goes above and beyond traditional therapy. She has been instrumental for me to maintain my physical health. Now that I am in my late 40s I have been more prone to injuries with my activity level, and she can typically diagnose and resolve my issues in short notice.

Morgan helped me heal quickly from a rock climibing injury (ulnar and medial nerve entrapment). Her ability to understand injury patterns and determine root cause of pain in complicated stuations like this one, was truly impressive. This type of injury often gets misdiagnosed as an elbow tendinitis, but she has such a strong dominion of the diagnostic tests and did the research on the sports front to be truly uniquely helpful and effective. Not only that but she equiped me with the knowledge to protect myself from future injury. She is the first person I would consider if I ever had any type of sports related injury in the future!

Morgan is probably the best physical therapist you could hope for. She's seems very knowledgeable and experienced beyond what you'd expect for the length of her current career. Morgan has helped me with several injuries, recent and old (or rather ignored), with a perfectly individualized plan. Not only for recovery but proper strengthening. And she truly cares about her patients/clients remembering things you talked about month(s) ago.
If I had the money I'd hire her full time as my PT and personal trainer

I highly recommend Dr. Morgan Kennedy. I originally saw her because she had the Titleist Performance Institute Certification and I knew I needed to work on my flexibility and strength for my golf game. She found opportunities with my hip and shoulder flexibility and strength. She created a customized strength and flexibility program to work on my deficiencies By working with Morgan, I was able to improve my diver distance by 20 yards on average.

Morgan was highly recommended to me by two fellow sport fencers that Morgan treated their fencing related injuries. My situation is a bit different: my lower back was injured in a car-bike accident. Luckily, I had no broken bones but I have constant lower back pain. Morgan treated my pain methodically and tenaciously, targeting the root cause of the pain. She works with me at my own pace and helped me overcome my fear of needles to try dry needling treatment, which worked beautifully. Morgan has all the characteristics of an excellent physical therapist: caring deeply about her patients; addressing systematically the cause of the illness; continuously assessing and adapting treatment approaches.

Dr. Morgan Kennedy is an amazing Physical Therapist!

I've been a higher end athlete for many years but was set back with several major injuries / surgeries the last few years. Other PTs got me back on my feet while Morgan has take me to the next level. When I first started seeing her, my back and legs had tightened up to the point that my golf and softball swings were limited, at best. She took the time to fully assess my situation and understand my goals. She then used hands on therapy, stretching and strength training specific to my needs. My range of motion, strength, hitting distance and overall flexibility have improved significantly!

I really appreciate that Morgan takes the time to explain her thoughts, walk through examples and get my input. Working with her is such a pleasure. Her attention to form and technique is as amazing as it is important. It is such an honor to work with someone so professional, caring and talented!

Morgan is amazing. She encourages you, heals you and also asks that you do what she says so you can get better! Her technique and knowledge allow her to get at the root cause and keeps you being your active best whether training for a marathon or just looking for great function. She explains things well and I always felt like it was a partnership. Thanks, Morgan!

I had a great experience with Morgan to rehab my knee. I came for a running assessment and to help my knee pain when I started to increase my distance. Morgan developed exercises that helped the root cause of my pain and adjusted the plan to meet my needs as I increased my distance. Now I'm able to train for my race and not worry about pain! I highly recommend her to anyone in need.

Morgan is incredible and not only helps you feel/move better short-term but sets you up for success long-term.

I’ve been seeing PTs in some capacity since high school for sports injuries, pain, etc & across state-lines and even compared to other PT practices here in Michigan — so believe me when I say that Morgan is truly the best of the best.

What differentiates her?
- She takes the time to really understand the root of the issue rather than just solving the symptoms.
- Stellar at-home programs to keep you injury free - I’ve socialized mines in passing in conversation to other PTs professionals and they’ve all been really impressed!
- Her diverse set of services — from dry needling to muscle scraping -- she’s also constantly keeping her skill set updated by learning the latest techniques.

Dr. Kennedy is the absolute best.

I’ve been working with Morgan for about a year for both physiotherapy and golf performance improvement. I recommend her to everybody I know for several reasons:

First, results. I’ve seen Dr. Kennedy for injuries to my shoulder, elbow and feet. Each time, with Morgan’s help, the injury resolved quickly. Even better, the exercises she prescribed rebuilt and strengthened those body parts so well that they’re stronger and have better range of motion than even before the injury. I have no fear of re-injury. These outcomes were far better than I expected, and exceeded the guidance and expectations I’d previously received from other healthcare professionals.

The strength and conditioning program is pure magic. I’m hitting the ball farther and straighter. All my golf buddies have noticed, and many have asked if I’m taking lessons (I’m not). I’m a former NCAA athlete, now in my 40s, and my body was starting to break down. Family and a demanding job left little time for exercise. After working with Morgan, I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life (*including* when I was 20 years old and swimming 10,000 yards per day). I feel great, have more energy, and no longer hurt myself reaching for something that’s *just* a bit too far away. Fellow 40-year-old guys, you know what I’m talking about.

Second, her approach to treatment is a breath of fresh air. She’s extremely knowledgeable and, equally important, treats her patient relationships like a true partnership. She takes the time to go deeper than merely understanding the problem and its impact, truly getting to know her clients and their lifestyles, constraints and goals in order to develop the best, most customized treatment plan possible. She understands that what works for one person may not work for another, and views it as her responsibility to ensure success of the treatment plan by doing these things, rather than just handing out one-size-fits-all treatments and expecting the client to modify their life/routine to fit the treatment. Moreover, she enthusiastically explains the “why” and “how” so that we clients can understand and make empowered decisions on our own. The healthcare industry gives a lot of lip service to these characteristics but, in my experience, they are extremely rare.

TLDR: Don’t hesitate. Go See Dr. K today. Your body and mind will thank you.

I have the pleasure of working with Morgan for both physical therapy and strength programming. Morgan stands out because of her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to make every session both informative and fun. Having been through many PT's in the past, I think the 3 characteristics of a great PT must include:

- genuinely wanting to help clients
- explaining the WHY we're doing something
- proactively identifying issues/preventive work post injury

Morgan hits on all three. What truly sets Morgan apart is her deep knowledge and creative problem-solving skills. She was not only able to pinpoint the root cause of my pain but also discovered weaknesses in my body that I wasn't aware of. She always goes the extra mile for her clients, and in a world where social media and influencers are everywhere, she shows a level of care and dedication that is rare in the field. You can tell from the get-go that she truly loves helping people become pain free, and continue with their routines. Highly Recommend!

Morgan worked to rehab our son's elbow after he injured it playing baseball. It took a lot of work but he came back stronger and better than ever. He's been taking Morgan's strength and conditioning classes and has had a long stretch of being injury free in baseball and basketball. Definitely recommend for PT and S&C!

I can’t speak highly enough of Morgan. She was wonderful in developing strength programs for my two teen daughters that were personalized for them and their respective sports. We saw jumping ability increase, hitting power and flexibility improve with our volleyball player. Our fencer had more stamina, strength and explosivity on the fencing strip. Morgan also used PT treatments when my daughter had a back injury and this was very instrumental in her recovery and rehab. My girls loved working with Morgan. She can help get your athletes to the next level. I highly recommend her.

I have seen lots of PTs for my chronic pain, and no one has ever been able to help me before Morgan. She gets to the root of the cause, and helps me with pain relief and then strengthening. Before, I always got injured working out. Now I can deadlift my body weight! I have never felt so strong in my body. Morgan is kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!
