I wish it was possible to leave MORE than five stars. I'm the type of person who has tried everything - and hands down Cristina is my favorite trainer of all time. Somehow she is kind and tough at the same time and pushes you in a way that is encouraging and motivating. It's not just about fitness she also coaches you on food and nutrition. Highly recommend! If you follow her program, and stay with it, it works. You are the best Cristina!

Cristina has been my personal trainer for 1 year, with great and unexpected results. She showed me how a commitment may become a habit and her workout app is super effective to communicate her training plan, even remotely. She knows how to program engaging and various workouts, and she is very flexible and careful to tweak it to your needs (sometimes pushing you where she knows you can get, but you still donβtβ¦)! 100% recommended!!

I can't say enough good things about Cristina. As both, my friend and my PT, she has completely transformed the way I approach fitness and nutrition. She makes me feel motivated, and capable of reaching my goals.
Her workouts are challenging but tailored to my needs. Thanks to her guidance, I've gained strength, confidence, and a much better understanding of how to take care of my body.

I have been training with Cristina for 7 years. She is amazing and supportive and always helps me realize my goals. Even when Iβm not feeling inspired she knows how to get me motivated. I have trained with others and no one compares. She is like a friend and a coach and puts her whole heart into our workouts. I have been training with Cristina for almost 2 years. I was looking for a trainer knowledgeable in working with older women, and would provide not only a workout, but all facets of health (specifically diet, etc.). I have lost thirty pounds and 4 sizes that I put on beginning with Covid. I feel better/stronger and the aches have ceased. She is very supportive, and caring. I highly recommend her for either males or females looking to improve their health. Do not hesitate to engage with her.

I worked with Cristina for 6 weeks to jump start toning and weight loss. She took before and after photos, and even though I didnβt lose pounds, I was amazed at how my body became slimmer and more toned. She made me aware of how to eat, and what works best for a womanβs body. Cristina is extremely kind, supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable and sensitive with all her clients and their body types.

Cristina has been my trainer for a few yrs now. I've had a back injury. She's kept me up and walking. I had back cramps. After another injury I had to back back surgery. She's helped me get back on my feet. I honestly don't know what I would've done without her help.

I started my journey with coach Chris 3 years ago and have stayed with her since then. She is amazing. Always encouraging but pushes me to be my best self. She always has great ideas for food swaps and shares them with her group. The group she runs is so inspiring. Everyone cheers on each other. Her workouts are curated to hit all muscles groups every workout. She keeps it fun and always changes up the workouts. I cannot say enough about how great she is!

I've known Cristina since 2018 and her training sessions are incredible. Regardless of your goal, lose weight, have a toned and fit body or simply be healthy; Cristina is your "go to" trainer. Her understanding of her customer's constrains and busy life is definitely above and beyond traditional trainers (yes, I did experience the rigid schedule of Lifetime Fitness personal trainers who are never available unless you book them weeks in advance).
Last but not least, she is always positive and will push you to your limit to achieve the goal you agreed upon. Cristina is just amazing all around.
I wish we could give 5++ stars as she really deserve it!!
