Classes have started late 5-7 min and ended early 7 min and with larger classes, it’s just too much for one coach to handle the younger kids. Also, the kids are just sitting and watching ... I can't recommend it. Hope they will review their policies.

My daughter has been attending for several years, starting as parent/tot and now competing at level 3. She has been very happy with each coach she has had, with her teammates, and the new skills she learns. As a parent, I greatly appreciate the care taken to teach and strengthen skills at each child’s pace, ensuring safety and confidence. We are very happy to be a Eurostars family!

We have been attending Euro Stars for almost two years now! We started with recreational classes and now my daughter is on pre-team. The gym is clean and the coaches are wonderful. I have another little one who just started and loves it! My daughter asks every day if she can go to gymnastics, so glad we found Euro Stars.

My daughter has been on the Euro Stars competitive team for 2 years and absolutely loves it. The Euro Stars team coaches are incredible and work very hard to ensure our gymnasts are always some of the highest placing gymnasts at meets. I would highly recommend the Euro Stars team program!

Both of my young sons go here and they seem to like it. However, my biggest complaint is the coaches using their cell phones during classes. They take the phones on the floor with them and are texting (I can only assume) when they are supposed to be leading classes. The students are young so they don’t know any different. Classes have started late and ended early and with larger classes, it’s just too much for one coach to handle the younger kids. I read another review on how the staff is rude, I guess I would say they aren’t really welcoming but I can live with that as they do have a couple stand out coaches. I really wish the owners would make a few changes, it could really go a long way.

They do not care about your kids safety here. My daughter went here for a few months. One day a mom went absolutely insane in the waiting room. I asked the front desk to call the police (she was acting truly erratic) and they told me they would handle it. I watched them ask her multiple times to leave, she refused. They never called the cops, I truly believe it’s because they were worried about how it would look to have police there. I tried for weeks after to talk to the owner about the situation, no one ever contacted me back. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter attended this school a few years back and in the beginning everything was going great until one day after practice my daughter came home a little upset about a comment one of the coaches made to her. My daughter was trying to complete a move she couldn’t get right and one of the other children suggested that she run and get some momentum to complete the move. My daughter then advised me that the coach then said to her well that’s only for the nice skinny girls like and that’s when she went on to say another child’s name. I immediately called spoke with the owner and made her aware of what had happened she apologized and said she would take care of as weeks went by I begin to call because I had not heard back my calls were never returned and for some reason I couldn’t reach anyone. Also it was only my daughter and one other African American child in the Class and i honestly believe it was borderline racism I do not recommend

The waiting area for parents is so small and congested, how can you expect 30-40 people in a small tiny room with only 20 chairs inside. The person at the reception in evenings is extremely rude and unprofessional. Parents and everyone is being asked to remove shoes and leave them in front reception area if there is snow outside, how about you put some all weather floor mats and have a cleaning service clean up if it gets messy with snow versus asking everyone to remove shoes and walk barefoot in cold weather. We pay top dollars and expect better service! The only reason we continue to come this place is because of the instructor!

We tried one other gym before this that my daughter went to since she was 2. It was terrible, the coaches were on their phones, and she never had one to one times with her coach so she could improve. When she was 8 we tried a clinic at euro stars and we have been in love ever since. We did a summer camp and I enrolled her in normal classes, and she did developmental tryouts. She made it to developmental 2, and skipped up to developmental 4. After being on 4 for about 6 months, she skipped all the way to XCEL bronze and that is where she’s been for about 4 1/2 months. She went from not having her pullover to now having a competition in 2 weeks. I am so proud of her and am so grateful I found a gym that gives her tips and takes time with her.

My daughter loves her beginner gymnastics classes here. The online portal makes it easy to book classes. I like that if you are absent and report your absence in advance, you can schedule makeup classes for free. Makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

The reason for the three star rating is the facilities are pretty lacking for a business that appears to be making money hand over first. The gym is constantly packed ... The first time I came I was shocked at how many students were practicing simultaneously. This is our first time doing gymnastics at this kind of place though, so I truly have no idea if that's normal and nothing to compare it to.

The parking lot is not big enough for the number of classes they run simultaneously. Additionally they have had pot holes that are approximately the size of my car.

There is one room the parents can sit in to observe classes, but it's not set up for you to actually be able to see.

The worst is how freaking HOT it is. It is miserably hot sitting in the parents' room, so I can't even imagine how hot it is for the gymnasts. I see lots of reviews from a year ago addressing the AC problems but the issue doesn't appear to have been fixed.

If my daughter didn't like this gym so much and have so many friends that go here, I'd probably look for something with more comfortable facilities.

Very unfriendly, rude front desk staff that never smiled or greeted the girls or family.
Our first coach was amazing but then out of the blue they changed coaches without any notification/communication and the class went through multiple coaches over several weeks which prohibited the preschool girls from actually learning because they weren't sure who was going to be instructed them, they lost my little girls trust and consistency is key at that age. They switched class times on us without any notification. They also changed a class one week with only a couple hour notice and via email, so unprofessional. And during the summer when it was 90+ it was like a sauna in there, if your AC wasn't working, invest in some fans for the people that are paying you to be there...

I do no recommend, overall they appear very upity and unwelcoming, not my crowd and nor do I want my young child in that type of environment anymore. Needless to say we have chosen to continue our gymnastics elsewhere from here on out!

Way too hot in the parents waiting area. There is no AC, it has to be almost 90 degrees in here. They have the thermostat locked up like an excessively frugal stepdad. It has that uncomfortable stagnant hot air sweat box feel. Coaches seem to do well with the kids.

We tried two other local gyms before coming to Euro Stars and we are extremely happy here. The coaches, front desk staff and the owner are always welcoming and helpful. The coaches are outstanding! Plus they have a wonderful boys coach!! We are grateful to be part of the Euro Stars family!!

I was there for more than 2 years and have been trying to advance. I decided to tryout for xcel. They didn’t give me a tryout, my Coach stuck me in silver assuming my skills. If you are looking to advance in gymnastics do not go to Eurostar’s.

This business is not abiding by the required safety protocols for COVID. On numerous occasions they have put our child at undue risk. Further, the coaches on a number of occasions have been verbally abusive to our daughter and to her teammates. Because of these concerns we recently attended a practice to ensure the safety of our young gymnast. We shared those concerns and in direct response our daughter was kicked out of the program. This action by the gym is in direct contradiction to the requirements of USAG Safe Sport.

We will be following up accordingly and would advise any other considering this gym to seriously reconsider.

This place puts money first and the kids next. Yes - I understand they are a business and purpose is to make money. They change schedules any way they want, do not honor contracts but EXPECT you to, a fine/fee for this a fine/fee for that, just invent ways to rip you off! - I try not to sneeze while I am here fearing a fine. The main area is not air conditioned, so in the summer the stench is unbearable!.

If it wasn't my kids love for gymnastics, I could care less for this place.
