We offer wide Variety of small group classes for Fitness, such as HIIT, Functional Circuit Training, D-Hop, Cycling/CycleCore/Ride & Revive, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and young athlete strength & conditioning sessions.
Our great trainers offer One-on-one sessions for personal training, Pilates, Sport Specific training and Private Yoga as well!

Great studio! Staff are highly trained and welcoming of all abilities - they want to understand your goals and help you achieve them! Iβve enjoyed a nice variety of classes from yoga to cycling and pilates. Clean facilities, including a spotless and spacious locker room with nice showers. Convenient location to pop in before/after work or a lunch time class.

Fitpoint is a great gym. The staff is very helpful and friendly and always watching that our workouts are well fitted to our needs. They have lots of class times, a wide variety of class types, and personal training. This gym is so good... I actually go there... a lot!

Love Fitpoint! Staff are thoughtful and super informative. Classes are small and super engaging. Love that most spin classes combine spin and pilates, barre, yoga or HIIT workouts. I never used to like strength training, but Fitpoint got me hooked!

Great, inviting place. My husband, daughter and I have been attending classes at FitPoint since it opened. Dominika and staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. It is obvious that all the instructors are well-trained and love what they do -- and they love helping you reach your goals. I have learned so much about fitness working with them. In the group classes, there is individual attention to ensure the exercises are done correctly and modifications are made when necessary. The variety of classes offered and the varying times means there is something that fits in all of our schedules. There are monthly challenges that encourage clients to try something new or work toward a specific goal (like 1000 lunges in a month!) Check out the schedule of group classes and try a few - try the personal training - sign up for nutrition counseling to be sure you are getting what you need to fuel your body. Come to FitPoint. You won't find another place like it!

All of the staff at FitPoint are personable, hospitable, and excellent instructors. They call you by name and treat you like family whether you've been there a day or a year.
They offer several packages for any lifestyle or budget (and they offer challenges you can partake in to get discounts). They provide classes at various times and days to accommodate your schedule.
The facility and equipment are both always clean and kept up too (no musky gym smell).
My favourite class so far has been CycleYoga with Miranda; it's a half hour on the bike, and a half hour on the mat. It's a prefect blend of cardio and strength.

What a fantastic place!!! The space is clean and inviting, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the classes are challenging yet fun. I am a long distance runner who was looking for well-rounded, difficult classes. My husband was looking for a good workout in a comfortable space. We both found what we are looking for! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. A wide variety of classes is offered, including classes for kids and families! Fitpoint is our new workout destination for the entire family!

I love being active. But last year I sorta fell off the wagon. Working with Dominika at FitPoint was just what I needed. Working out on my own or with a DVD instructor has worked in the past but nothing beats having a live professional like Dominika analyzing and fixing your position, and motivating you during workouts. I've love the direction my body is going and can't wait to see how far I can take it.

I was a national team athlete 9 years ago, and had to leave my sport due to recurring hip injuries. I've remained active, but am constantly limited by my injury, and struggle to find helpful feedback from professional. That is, until I found Dominika! Dominika's personal training is incredibly helpful. Dominika is constantly re-positioning my body during exercises and telling me when I'm in a straight position because my body doesn't give me that feedback (I feel straight when I'm crooked because my hip joint and muscles are not balanced, so the proper position feels incorrect, but by doing the exercises in a position that feels straight, I reinforce the injury). She has a quick, expert eye, and isn't shy to share it, and this is key for me because my body gives me incorrect feedback! Furthermore, her custom made workouts really give a balanced workout which helps build up my overall strength without aggravating my injury. I especially love D-HOP! She's always a joy to work with, and her expertise leaves me feeling like I learned something while getting my butt kicked! Love FitPoint!
