I had a hard time getting a key faulb there for several days because no one was there on time. I would be let into the building only to sit for 15 minutes and be told that the employees are often late.
After I got my key faulb I moved away so before moving I went in and asked to cancel my account. Their computer was not working so they asked for name number and address and said they would send something for me to sign my name. I signed my name and thought it was done. Yesterday I realized that for the past 4 months they've still been charging my card and I have absolutely no access to the key faulb or the gym because im out of state now. Be careful. Im still trying to close my account but so far they haven't been any help at all.

Decent gym in Sturgis.

The pros:
Great location with lots of easy parking.
Nice workout space for free weights, and there's no shortage of them. I also appreciated the variety of kettlebells available.
Solid equipment overall.
Really liked the mix of people—some are clearly training hard, others are just in for a good cardio session.
Decent amount of cardio machines, so you’re not waiting around.
Feels welcoming and friendly.
Love that you can grab a day pass for just $7 and pay through Venmo. Super convenient.
The AC works great, which honestly makes a big difference (especially compared to the Doyle Center).
Woman who runs it is great! Super friendly and very helpful.

The cons:
I showed up during their posted hours to get a day pass, but no one was around. I followed the instructions to call the number, which directed me to send an email, but no one responded.
The bathroom and changing areas weren’t super clean. Not awful, but definitely could use more attention.
Would be nice if they had a water bottle refill station instead of just a basic fountain.

All in all, it’s a good value and a solid gym—just needs a little more focus on cleanliness and communication.

The gym is nice enough for what I use it for however I tried to call to solve an account issue and thr only phone number I found was not for thr gym but was for a house phone. Please check you're contact information so your clients can get in touch.

Gym was nice..bathroom/changing room is really small for women tho. 1 bathroom, one little changing room where the door opens up to the gym..crazy. Nice area for stretching and seperate areas to work out in. I will go back, just come dressed to workout.

I informed this place that I wanted to cancel my membership. They stated a form was sent to me however, there is no form in my email. I don’t know what the issue is, but now I’m having to prove myself by sending screenshots of my email. This is all over $59. And I know the email is good, because they sent my agreement to it. I’m just hoping they choose to do good business and refund me. I informed them last month I was on the other side of the state and would no longer need the membership. So be careful, it seems like a scam. Decent gym otherwise.

The gym is great, sturgis needed a gym with owners who cared about their members. The owners will listen to the needs of their member and make the adjust to keep them happy whether it be a new piece of equipment or something as simple as a white board tanning. Owners and gym are both fantastic, they deserve much more than five stars.

I always love going into the gym. Alot of changes have been happening tho and idk how i feel about there being a man in there sometimes when I work out. It was such a relieving feeling to know it was an all womans gym and it doesn't feel like that anymore unfortunately. I wish he would respect the privacy of us woman and only come in when we are not there working out.

This is my place to go when I need to relieve tension. Friendly staff! So many great things about this facility. #1 Women only! #2 there is different plans to choose from. #3 you get a couple days of one on one time to teach you about the machines and time to ask questions and learn about how to take care of you. #4 There are several classes you can attend. #5 there is tanning, #6 sauna #7 massage room, #8 massage chair, #9 Prayer board, #10 progress tracking if needed. I could go on and on!
