I was hesitant to try Form Modern Pilates at first, as I’ve never done any workout classes before. Turns out I had no reason to be hesitant. The instructors are excellent and the workout is very fun and challenging. The studio is beautiful and clean. They have classes to at a bunch of times to fit my schedule. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend Form Modern Pilates!

I'm a guy who prides myself on being pretty in shape. This is one of the best workouts I've ever had. It works those muscles that you don't typically get to work with squats and traditional lifting. Can see this being a big help with golf season!

I'm so glad we have a place like Form Modern Pilates in TC! The workouts are challenging (in a my-muscles-are-screaming-but-I-love-it kind of way). All the instructors I've had have been great, very supportive, and motivating. Good playlists and the cute space are a bonus. I highly recommend giving a class a try!

The best workout in TC! I started doing Form classes postpartum and I feel stronger than ever. The classes are fun and challenging and this is truly a great workout for everyone. All the instructors have been wonderful too. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

I just took my first class at Form Pilates, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As a complete beginner to using the XFormer, I was a bit nervous, but the class totally met my expectations. Riley, my instructor, was absolutely phenomenal—so upbeat, energetic, and encouraging throughout the entire session. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident while guiding me through each movement. I left feeling challenged yet accomplished, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend Form Pilates and Riley to anyone looking for an amazing workout with a positive vibe!

Obsessed! Such a great addition to Traverse City. Classes are challenging and differentiate day-to-day/week-to-week, instructors are very kind and helpful, and the studio is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Anna brings it to every class. The kindness. The humor. The burn. Oh. The. Burn. She always knows how to encourage you to push yourself while also sharing modifications so you can workout smart.
