Great gym got just about every piece of equipment there to make you strong 💪. Very clean as well and all the equipment there is very well kept. Gets pretty hot in the summer tho but that's my only complaint.

I am so happy there is a real gym here now, but I feel like I can do everything but abs. There is two situp bench's but no ab machines past that. Other than that I am more than satisfied with the new facilities.

Great place no TVs to distract you.. but plenty of mirror to check out your gains!!! 💪💪💪.
police after yourself and wipes available to clean down the equipment before and after use if you like. Lockers are usable but bring your own lock. Restrooms are just around the front double door main entrance. Just remember also to clean/dust/wipe your shoes before entry. Not sure if times have changed usually open at 0500-2100
