Here in Greenville this is just the best option if you intend to have a more thorough training environment. There are 3 gyms in this town and the other two do not compare to this one. Great variety of machinery, weights and classes. Good pricing. Opening hours flexibility for vip members.... Fresh Start is the best option around.

50% of the treadmills do not work. Other members leave trash around the gym.

They have heavy dumbbells, up to 130 I believe. 247 gym. New equipment comes often. They have equipment that most gyms do not have.

Filthy facility and equipment not maintained. Tanning bed bulbs burnt out and not replaced. Classes alway canceled. Why pay for a service you are unable to use? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I love the gym, but the members and the lack of control over them are really bringing the entire experience down. Some members occupy the entire gym with groups of 4-5 people, use multiple machines/stations at once, and make it difficult for other members to workout. Members leave bags, water jugs, and headphones on one piece of equipment and use another. Just seems like a lot of other members have no respect for others and nothing gets done about it lately.

Horrible pushy sales. They'll lie to get you in a contract that you can never get out of. Refuse to communicate via email and force you to come in so you can't have record of their shady practices.

Me and my girlfriend started going in May, well we got too busy with work to go to it, and we've been trying to end membership for a month and a half and now their telling me that they could freeze the account but the money would still be coming out. Now ill be in on Tuesday with the manager to end this membership.

Great gym! Love the people and the equipment is great! They are always getting new stuff I highly recommend this gym. I was disappointed when I had to move out of the area but Ari was very helpful with my cancellation and walked me through was I had to do over the phone. I signed a contract when the cedar rock location first opened. Within those two year I moved to the U.P. and assumed my contract would just expire. Two days before that date, I received a voicemail on a cell phone that did not get service at my house anymore, informing me that my contract would automatically renew. By the time I got service to listen to the voicemail, said contract had renewed. When I went to cancel my contact, there is no cancelation. I am out another two years worth of payments. Some customer service.

Friendly staff, great members, GREAT Zumba and ultimate Interval trainers very friendly and approachable!!!! You can tell those women are "TRAINED" and properly "certified" to teach their classes, unlike another health Club I've been a member of in the past. Now I know why I got injuries over there... .

This is an awesome place to come and workout... It's open 24/7 and they have all the equipment you could need and turf to do some floor work. They also have a great group of personal trainers if you are looking for a jumpstart or really improve your game. I was placed with Andrew who has become an asset to my success in fitness always making sure I am keeping my form and helping me get those gains!!

ive cancelled my membership since april and now they tell me i can cancel my membership and are still taking money from my bank account ive asked 3 times for the store manager to call me no return call....fillinh out fraud papers with my bank..sad i have to close my bank account and open a new one to get them to stop taking my money..
