My daughter was on this cheer team. Everyone is very friendly. Other then that there is little to none information given when it comes to certain things. Prices are extremely high and almost seem made up. if your child is a beginner I do recommend this place if not do not come here

To say this team feels like a family is an understatement! The fun my girls and me have is amazing and everyone is so friendly if you are looking for a place that doesn’t favor no drama and a fun carefree environment you should most definitely bring your kids! My daughter had a immediate positive response to the coaching at Galaxy Elite tumbling class. The coaches made her confidence and security soar with her new skills. The girls/teammates are ALWAYS are helping each other. I can’t remember seeing nobody have a breakdown even when they struggled because the support system was great!! We can’t wait to to go back!!

Galaxy is a small family owned cheer team. The owner is very responsive and informative about everything. My daughter is newer to the team and absolutely LOVES it! We have made a a few orders for uniforms and other items and have received them all no issues. We have such a wonderful team of athletes and parents! Excited for the rest of this season and already looking forward to the next!

I am couch of the Tiny team an I personally know the owner an the coach an the coach from last year quit an lied about comp being canceled an it wasn’t the x cheer coach was the one stealing money he now owns knock out cheer an is scamming people half of the team came from him because he was scamming them

TOTAL SCAM!!! The owner stole my money!!! I paid $590 for a uniform I never recieved and when I inquired about it Coach (OWNER) Susan she kept saying the company was taking a while. When I called the uniform company they told me my daughters uniform was never ordered! Once I brought it to the owners attention she hung up on me and blocked me! Susan stole all the fundraising money as well! She was known to do this in multiple counties!!! I paid a total of over $2000 for my daughter to cheer and she NEVER RECIEVED A UNIFORM and only attended ONE competition! PLEASE DO NOT JOIN GALAXY! So sad that people are that disgusting!!!!! If you don’t believe me PLEASE do a background check in Kentucky on owner Susan if I could leave ZERO stars I would!!!

I was a parent with a child on this team last season. So many broken promises from the woman who ran (and sadly, still runs) this program. Though parents were cheated out of money, our children were the ones who suffered due to the absolute negligence of this squad. Save your money.

I would give this place a zero star if I could.
My daughter is 10 years old and was on the 20-21 season. She was excited to do cheer she loves to do gymnastics and once she found out she could cheer and do gymnastics she was over the moon.

The season started out great all the girls got a long well the coach was amazing and gave my daughter the confidence she needs to grow and keep getting the next skills.

That all soon changed competitions started getting canceled “due to covid”. Which broke my daughter heart because she was so excited and then last min it was canceled. Also after paying over $500.00 for our practice uniforms and competition uniforms. Some of the girls did not receive them so the one competition we did have the girls had to wear the practice uniform and they were embarrassed and uncomfortable. All the other teams had their pretty uniform that were all blinged out and our team was in tight tight spandex uniforms that none of them fit in and they kept picking their wedgy during the competition. They were so bad that my daughter was not allowed to wear them to practice I went on Amazon and got her new shorts that she wore for practice.

It also did not help that they did not have a privet gym for the girls to practice at and all the drunk guys from total sports would stair at these little girls and make comments. A few of the moms yelled at drunk guys on a few different occasions one even opened the door to our practice and made comments and the coach kicked him out.

It was not until the end of the season that we realized she was not going to give us any of the fundraising money we raised and she kept over $7,000 that the girls worked hard to raise.

The moms who did not get their uniforms asked the owner several times for the number to the company she order them from she would not give it to them until the end of the season. When they called they had no records of them girls (the owner never ordered them).

Needless to say my daughter did not have a very good experience and will not join another cheer team 😢because of all the drama she had to see and her hopes getting up for ever competition.

The coach and assistant coach way amazing throughout it all 95% of the team did got to his new gym Knockout cheer and tumbling on Garfield rd. I’m hoping I can get my daughter to join his team next year I think she would love it.

Absolutely would suggest Galaxy Elite Cheer. The coaches are amazing. Everyone feels like one big cheer family. They make cheer fun and exciting for my girls while there learning new skills and loving competition.
