I've tried many exercise programs and this is the first type I consistently work up a sweat and elevate my heart rate for at least 45 minutes! I'm able to do this with modifications (due to bone on bone knees and a torn rotator cuff). I get my steps in for the day, while giving my most important muscle a good workout! So grateful a friend told me about this opportunity!!!

This is such a great place to be. Cardio drumming is such a different kind of workout. The music, the leaders just the whole experience is amazing. I highly recommend giving it a try at least once. I have been cardio drumming for 4 years now and it's still my favorite way to work out!
