First off, I CANNOT stand this place anymore. The only way to get ahold of someone who works here is physically walk into the place. They do not respond to email or phone calls. We see the lady at her desk everytime we walk in! Does she not answer the phone or voicemail? Is she not checking email at the computer she sits at? Super unprofessional.

Second, the trainers used to be good. Now my daughter is with very young coaches who pay no attention to the girls. The gymnasts get away with socializing with no consequences, and it's such a waste of time. The "coaches" respond with things like, "Why would you tuck your legs in like that!?" They use negative responses that I've heard used on numerous occasions. I previously loved the coaches but haven't seen a good one in a long time. This is not a cheap class and I think this place is going downhill. It may be better for advanced girls, but if you're a newbie- avoid GTC.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The coaches are amazing, the owners are also so caring and they listen to your needs and requests.
I have a son who is autistic and he is been doing ninja since January and he loves it!
GTC was the ONLY place in Rochester who allowed my son to participate and include him in the class. GTC has my business forever, also my kids love their classes and I just love how friendly the environment is and also they have a special area for parents in each. We are so happy and proud to be part of GTC.

It's been great except for one area. The parents picking up their kids block a large number of parking spaces (including blocking you in when you are trying to leave). You have to walk your child between the vehicles so there's limited visibility and parents whip out of the line once they grab their child. Someone is going to get hurt and it will likely be a small child. Parents need to park and pick up their kids like a real human would do. Once this issue is fixed I will review how things are inside the building

My daughter is 6 years old and is very happy. There is a lot of fun but also coaches take notice of the progress and they give tips. Thanks to the coaches Courtney, Julianna and Eva, my daughter is in love with gymnastics.

I have two daughters currently training at GTC and I can not say enough good things about the gym or the coaches. They strive to build great gymnast's as well proud and confident young ladies. The coaches and owner takes a genuine interest in all the young ladies that belong to GTC. They have had many girls go on to state and national competitions as well on to major university's and even ivy league. I would recommend GTC to anyone who would like to get there little one into competitive gymnastic.

Our children have been at GTC over the past 5 years in their recreational, developmental and team programs. There is truly a place for all children at this gym. The coaching staff is kind, knowledgeable and encouraging and do a fantastic job of meeting gymnasts where they are — both physically and mentally. This has fostered tremendous confidence in our athletes and reassured us as to how high of priority this gym places on safety. We highly recommend GTC and encourage any prospective families to pay them a visit and experience this wonderful training center for themselves.

I cannot say enough good things about GTC. We moved my daughter here 5 years ago after she was not progressing at a different gym. As soon as we transitioned her skills blossomed immediately. The coaches are kind and caring. They take interest in her overall well being and are always understanding if outside obligations arise or she needs to spend extra time on schoolwork. She has developed strong and supportive relationships with her teammates and her confidence has increased as she grows as a gymnast. The facilities are clean and their is adequate equipment in staff.. I'm so happy we found GTC

We have been at this gym the past 5 years! My daughter started as a recreational gymnast, and just finished her first competition season! The coaches from both the recreational gym and the competitive gym put their heart and soul into these girls! The girls spend several days and many hours each week with with them and have a bond greater than simply “coaches”. They are awesome! Coach Lynda is amazing! She goes above and beyond on a regular basis. The owner, Jamie, makes time to participate in coaching the girls and runs the gym as well! Coach Amanda is busy with the older girls, but always encourages the younger ones to push hard and gives them confidence to do new skills. These coaches are the best! I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about GTC, the owner and their coaches. We have been with them for 9 years now, starting my daughter at 18 months who is now competing on level 8. This gym isn’t just a gym, its a family too, taking care of one another. Coaches take the children into every consideration possible, working with them not only on physical skills but also mental strength. The programs we have been through and every coach we have had all have taught my daughter, positivity and confidence within which is so important in this stage of childhood. They see that each child is an individual and they work with that child building on their strength. I have also seen a positive impact on school as well with what she’s taking away from here. Discipline, accountability and the fact that if you work hard and put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!! We absolutely love our GTC Family!!

My daughters love GTC as do I! One of my daughters is still there (and the other may be back soon) and with the help of their amazing coaches, she has excelled and mastered so many new skills. They are very patient and nurturing yet firm. Everyone there is like a family to my daughter. She looks forward to going for her practices every week and hates it when she has to miss it. GTC is really one of the best gymnastics places in the area.

GTC has given my daughter a love of gymnastics. All of her coaches have been professional, friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and most importantly, encouraging to my daughter and her teammates. She is smiling from the time I drop her off to when I pick her up, and I can tell her coaches are helping to build her self-esteem. We highly recommend GTC to friends and family!!

We absolutely love GTC! The coaches are very knowledgeable and VERY patient, and you can tell they love what they do. A huge shout out especially to Coach Lynda- when there was a scheduling conflict with my daughter’s lessons and her catechism classes, Lynda worked with me and never made it seem like an inconvenience or a bother. Thankful for such a great atmosphere for my gymnastics-loving girl:)

I have had two daughters at GTC in various levels and with different coaches over the last ten years. We have recently moved to Rochester Hills and Im so glad we have found this place. My daughter has recently started and has progressed every single week that she has been there. I love that they offer all levels and ages and even have the ninja classes. My son has also started doing these and he loves it. He's not a particularly sporty kid but he has a great time and always wants to go! Thank you GTC and all the wonderful staff!

Classes are well scheduled and even though they do over lap they are never using the same bit of equipment so this really is not a problem. My daughter has just moved into the competitive gym section and it really does feel like one big family in there!

My entire family loves this gym. We switched from another local gym and couldn't be happier. All three of my kids take different classes and I can't get them to leave at the end of each practice because they have so much fun. I have one child on their competitive team and I appreciate the flexibility with practice times and the individual attention she receives. Great place for kids!

I have two daughters in classes at this gym. One is on a competitive team and the other is in developmental classes. Both girls have made amazing strides in their year on each of these teams. The coaches are amazing and always so positive and encouraging. They foster positivity and team spirit. The competitive team has done well against other gyms and I feel like the training here is top notch. We love GTC!

Both of my daughters attend GTC my oldest who’s 11 since she was 3. I understand coming from a flip spot this gym may not be for you. If you want your child to have extensive training and skills the coaches will get you and your child to where they fit in. Are coaches tough absolutely I coach my own daughters basketball team if I don’t give them strict directions or what needs to be done mind you I do it for FREE why are you sending your child to train. The new owner has turned this place around in the last several years I adore several coaches my kids have worked with. Coach Lynda, Coach Judi and Coach Melissa.
It’s disappointing to see some bad reviews if you haven’t even given them the chance to show you what levels your child can achieve.

All 3 of my kiddos have come to GTC for 5 years, and we have never had an issues. The coaches are amazing and know their sport well! My sons loved the Ninja program with Coach Daryl!! My 9 year old daughter excelled in her program and is now a level 4 gymnasts who competes with a team from this gym. Their summer camps are fun and exciting! The owner is LOVELY, and so attentive to the needs of the gym. The coaches are attentive to the kids and their ages! It's constantly being cleaned and disinfected!! The coaches love the girls as if they are their own daughters! If I could rate this with higher stars I would! My daughter looks forward to her practices and has made some amazing friends from this place. I would highly recommend you send your kiddos to GTC! if I could give -0 stars, I would. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff and ROUGH with your toddlers. I wish i could remember the coach's name that was coaching my daughters class because she is HORRIBLE. Keep your kids away from her because she will literally grab your toddlers and pull them by their arms with ZERO respect for them. I tried to help out and encourage my daughter to listen to her coach and she told me not to "coach my daughter" when clearly she didnt even know how to coach toddlers. She also blatantly LIED and said my 3 yr old disrupted the entire class because she ran off a few times (All the toddlers do it). Meanwhile, there was another 3 yr old who LITERALLY cried and screamed the entire 45 min of the class. But who cares, because she was only 3! (every parent knows, ALL toddlers have their days!) she even told the girl that she "could be upset but that she didn't have the right to scream in her class". Coaches at another gym we went to would give the kids hugs and comfort them and try to have fun with them to calm them down. This gym just gives up on your kid and recommends you switch them to another class lol. She got so frustrated with my daughter for some reason and this was her first time coaching my daughter and she right away after class told me to do parent tot with her. I wasn't upset about that but i was upset with the fact she told my husband that the other coaches who have told us my daughter does great actually "LIED" to us. LOL What the heck?? it's an absolute joke. I would NEVER trust these awful coaches with my children.

The Leadership in this school fails in all aspects. starting from the top to the bottom. Dirty, Floor tape lifting all over ( Kids trip over the lifted floor tape all the time) equipment is not maintained or in good condition. In addition the rude staff blaming my 3yr old daughter for disrupting the class and making the kids in the same class go running around while there were 2 coaches who couldn't control 8 kids, GET REAL.
Make your own choice but Zero Stars in my book.

Just left today because the instructor not even talk to my little daughter 4 years old even when she saw her a little scared and was crying she just continue with her class ignoring us and also the last 2 classes I saw her she have favorites there so I will look for another place with a kindly instructors 👌🏼 And we call to the office about the instructor but they practically said she is the “main instructor “ and possibly was in a hard day so I decide just cancel my membership cuz looks like they will not gonna do anything 🙄

I’m a gymnast here and I just left and now I go to a different gym. These people are so rude and they favor people. The gym is so dusty and the air quality is terrible. If you have an injury and u can’t do something they will yell at you and make you do it anyways. They are not good at all don’t go here.

Dirty! This was so incredibly dusty, it was unbelievable. The smell was overwhelming. My first thought was they must be going out of business. The air quality was terrible! We stayed for 10 minutes and left. The staff was friendly, however the equipment was very weathered, pads had large tears. The neglect to common cleanliness would make me never return.
