For a school field trip we attended gym jesters, I am not impressed at all with how Mr. John speaks for 4/5 years ago olds. Speaking to them as if they are adults, the way he spoke to my 4 year old was not acceptable. & I quote “ come on lady you got to move now!” I’m sorry but I don’t even speak to my child in such a way. These are small group of children it isn’t overwhelming & there’s only 15 children on the trip split into two groups, children should be met with positive attitude & guided properly. As an instructor you shouldn’t find yourself irritated or frustrated in such a way with young children, yes they do have to spoken to multiple times but meet them with as little irritation as you can. If you aren’t enjoying you’re job then it’s time to retire.

Great for birthday parties. For classes on the other hand terrible service. I’m not sure of the woman’s name , but it was and older white woman who called my fiancé “stupid” and laughed at him infront of our kids because the prices online are WRONG completely. Online it said $170 and she laughed in his face and said $580. I would’ve gladly paid that until she had a terrible attitude. I wouldnt leave my kids with a disrespectful adult like that EVER. Re-evaluate your staff!! ALSO they told us we could come in to sign the kids up, but the classes were literally full, so idk why they even attempted to have us come in. What a waste of time !

Fantastic facility with coaches who are experienced, full of energy, and truly love what they do! My kids enjoy the rock wall and foam pits.. The coaches work with children at all different experience levels and they do a wonderful job at making all children feel welcome.

I take the boys I babysit here and it is a highlight of our week! They learn so much and are able to burn off that extra energy! I highly recommend the Honey Bees and Tumble Bees classes.

Can't say that I was happy much. Over the phone everything was great. Came in person to do a tour and both staff members were very rude. I was surprised because they got recommended by a friend. Needless to say they don't have my business.
