High five fitness has exceeded all my expectations. If you don't feel motivated, if you don't think you can do it if you'd rather not be up in the morning at these hours or after a workday, the coaches and the other participants will motivate you and push you forward and make it all worth it.

If you are looking for the opportunity to get your workouts in an environment that provides variety, supportive coaches and a friendly community of people then youβre looking at the right place! I recently retired and decided to join this gym after looking around a bit. It has proven to be a great decision. I knew next to nothing about CrossFit when I came in the gym for my introductory KickStart program. I am learning a lot each day and getting stronger and more confident. Having the choice of not only CrossFit classes but other options such as Yoga, Spinning and Kettlebell classes has been an added bonus. Check it out!!

You will not meet a more encouraging group of coaches and people than at High Five. The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also take the time to explain things, help you with your form, and make sure you feel confident no matter your skill level.
What really sets this gym apart, though, is the people. Everyone encourages each other, no matter if youβre lifting heavy or just showing up and learning the basics. Itβs the kind of environment where progress is celebrated in all formsβnot just performance, but effort and consistency, too.
Iβve never felt out of place or inadequate, even as a newbie. Nate and the coaches have established a culture that is all about supporting one another and growing stronger together.

I joined High Five a few months ago and am really glad I did. The coaches, along with everyone at the workouts, are really helpful and supportive. The workouts are really easy to follow and adjusted to fit whatever level you are at. They help you build from there. It's a challenging program in the most positive way and has a strong sense of community. Really happy I found High Five.

I joined about 6 weeks ago and love it!! I had been wanting to get back into a routine of working out and wanted to meet people in Williamston. Everyone has been super welcoming! Coaches are great! They focus on technique & safety, while also encouraging everyone to push limits & improve. I had never tried CrossFit before this and am very happy I joined! Plus itβll be nice seeing some familiar faces around town!

I had a fantastic experience at the free self-defense class this Saturday at High Five Fitness! Coach Steve is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He taught us practical defense techniques for real-life situations and ensured we had hands-on practice in groups. The coaching team was also very supportive, providing guidance and correcting our movements. I joined High Five Fitness a few months ago, based on a friend's recommendation, and I love it! Everyone there, coaches and members, are very nice and supportive. I switched from a 2 per week membership to unlimited, after just a couple of months. They cater to ALL levels. I am very much a beginner, but they don't push you past your limit, and they make sure you stay in proper form so you don't get hurt. I highly recommend this gym, I am so glad I joined and am looking forward to getting stronger!

Whenever I am in Williamston, MI, High Five Fitness is my go to CrossFit gym. The coaches are awesome! Dropping in is a breeze. Plus, it is one of the few CrossFit gyms that I have found with Yoga and Spin classes. I definitely recommend this CrossFit gym for drop in visits while traveling or an unlimited membership so that you can take advantage of all the wonderful, challenging, and empowering experiences this gym has to offer.

The facilities and equipment at High Five Fitness are well maintained and clean. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will help you meet your health and fitness goals whatever they may be. They really focus on developing proper technique and place and importance on safety within the gym but will also give you that nudge to push past limits when they know you have the strength or skill.
I've been attending classes for nearly 3 years and have grown to appreciate the community and support that members and coaches show each other. The variety of class offerings/times daily help you find something that fits your schedule and needs. Would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new gym or fitness community to consider High Five Fitness.

The program and coaches meet you where youβre at in your fitness journey and work with you to make sure you meet your goals in a friendly and safe way. The βLevel Methodβ program is easy to follow and gives me the tools to continue reaching my goals. Extra programming offers so much more such as nutrition challenges and awareness. The High Five community has been welcoming and encouraging. When Iβve been unable to perform certain movements, the coaches are all very knowledgeable to modify a movement to an equivalent in order to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend High Five to anyone interested in improving their physical fitness.

All the coaches are certified and work around any type of physical problems that one my have. They adapt the work outs to your own physical ability and stamina. Initially I was nervous about starting CrossFit and wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. The coaches and other gym members at High Five quickly squashed those beliefs! You're placed at a level appropriate for your fitness when you start and move up as you go. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, the coaches are there to ensure your form is correct and that you move through the work out safely. It has been a few months since I've started and I can see my body changing and becoming stronger, and so can others! I am so glad I gave it chance and that I am part of this gym.

I love this place! Nate and E.B. have done such a great job with the new facility and provide us all with the best equipment. Level Method is amazing and helps take the guess work out of figuring out how to accommodate your fintess level which makes all the workouts achievable for anyone!
