I love bootcamp at Highland Fit Body! The coaches challenge you and keep you motivated to push harder than you think you can! Clean facility. Lots of small equipment for the challenges and a ton of challenges to do without any equipment. I love the calendar of classes you can view in advance and ability to sign up rather last minute with my busy work schedule.

I was originally just trying out Highland Fit Boot Camp to try to start to become healthier and get in better shape. I dislike gyms so much and was not sure at all what would happen. I am almost done with my first month and I love it so much. Canβt wait to become a member for good!! They are super friendly, clean and they motivate you in such a great way that I look forward to coming back everyday. The workouts are difficult but amazing and only 30 minutes so I am able to get them in with my crazy schedule. I canβt recommend them enough. Try it out!! Definitely worth it!!

I used to go to a diff boot camp style gym but have always wanted to switch to Highland Fit Body Boot Camp solely based on my conversations with the owner. Any time I called to ask questions she was kind, helpful and prompt. She even donated time to run our schools FunRun warm ups. So once gyms opened back up I joined and Iβm loving it. Trainers are so nice, cheerful, encouraging and the clientele is fun! Makes working out fly by! I would definitely give this place a try!

I love this place. I have four kids and im in school full time as well as working. It is hard for me to get a workout in due to my busy schedule. I used to go to snap fitness and I would have to spend at least an hour and a half to burn the same amount of calories that i can burn in a quick 30 minute class. I love the feeling when my muscles are sore and i get that from this workout. The staff is super helpful and they have never not offered me advice when i have questions or concerns. I hope to always be able to attend these classes as they should be a part of any busy parents life

Part 2 I'm still going to HFBBC for almost 3 yrs and I still Love it. They are all still very supportive especially during this shut down they did everything they could to support us. I started going to Fit Body Boot Camp in an 8 week challenge in January 2020. It was the best decision I ever made! After the 8 weeks we were quarantined and I has just signed up for the year but that didn't stop the coaches or the workouts. We worked out at home together every day. It feels like a family at Fit Body. Not only with the coaches but with the members, we connect and communicate and stay strong together. Now that we are back in the building workouts are still challenging and fun! It is a clean, happy, motivating environment! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! I started in April last year and they immediately made me feel welcome and part of the FitFam family. The trainers are amazing! Everyone is friendly and encouraging, trainers and other members! I love working out here, it's always fun and challenging! It's become my favorite weekday morning habit and I've already seen great results! It's the only workout program I've stuck with consistently for this long - over 1.5 years! They are great with social distancing and sanitizing while still providing excellent workouts! Plus they have a new body scanner that shows what's going on inside, not just weight. Come join us!!

Long story short I was led to Highland FBBC after years of not exercising aside from being a mom of littles. All my excuses were removed. Doesnt take all day. I'm a huge fan of HIIT style. I started at bootcamp in June for a 30 day changelle and I loved it! During that 30 days I felt great I didn't have one migraine! which is saying alot because I usually have one to two a week if not more! When the changelle was done I didnt sign up to join bootcamp I figured I would be fine! That week after the changelle I didnt eat ashealthy as I did on the changelle and I didnt do any workouts and I got 3 migraines that week! So I decided that I was headed back to bootcamp and I signed up! Since I have been back to bootcamp every day and eating right I have felt incredible and no migraines at all! On top of feeling great the trainers and owner are amazing!! They always answer any questions you have day or night and always have encouraging words for! Fit body boot camp has definitely become my second home and I wouldnt have it any other way!

I love Highland Fit Body Boot Camp! I've always been an avid gym goer. I go to the gym during lunch and usually run outside a couple times a week, but THIS is on a whole different level. You think you're pretty fit until you pay a visit to the Fit Family. They schedule your daily workouts to rotate the different muscle groups so all you have to do is show up and put in the work. There's even extra classes like Yoga, HIIT Yoga, Tabata, Butts and Guts, and Booty Blast. I'm only three weeks in and I already feel much more stronger. Highly recommend π

Nice spacious facility that is very clean with a welcoming and positive atmosphere! There are many class times available including morning, afternoon, and evening. The trainers are all upbeat and I love that they focus on correct form and technique when doing the exercises. If they notice your form is off or that you are struggling with an exercise, they are quick to assist so that you are getting the most effective work-out. Trainers demo all exercises including modifications if needed. There are water coolers, changing rooms, restroom, and my favorite are the cold aromatherapy infused face cloths available after a hot sweaty work-out! The owner Makenzie is very pleasant and always available for any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and always willing to assess your diet intake and quick to identify areas that may be causing problems with your fitness journey!

I completed my first week at Highland FBBC this week and can't give enough praise to them. The trainers are great - push you enough for results but understand each person is on their own journey. The space is clean and organized. The ability to leave my shoes is actually a huge perk!! And those scented cool towels post workout make transitioning to my next activity a breeze.
I've received nutrition help and help with ideas on dealing with a wrist issue. But the biggest perk is the 30 minute workout. As a busy working mom of 3 kids, it fits so perfectly with my schedule. Keep it up FBBC. I love it all (even when I'm cursing the burpees)
