I have been attending 2 classes a week for the past 4 weeks. I am enjoying it so much that I am adding a 3rd class per week. The trainers a motivating and knowledgeable. The people I train with are positive and encouraging.
I am a retired college athlete who has not worked out in a long time. This feels like coming home. The coaching and team atmosphere are awesome! They work with you at whatever level you are.

I finally found the fitness gym and trainers I’ve been looking for! HighTen’s trainers are very knowledgeable and provide modifications for my needs, while motivating with compassion. All the trainers are aligned in their approach and that helps me envision my fitness goals. I get to mix it up on different days with different trainers, keeping my energy fresh for each session during the week. Working out with just a handful of people makes for a fun, cosy experience. This type of small group training makes personal training an affordable option. My workout days are the highlight of my week.

My doctor kept telling me “at my age” I needed to lift weights, but strength training intimated me so I avoided it until starting at High10 earlier this year. From my first day, Chad made sure I was doing the sets correctly and really encouraged me. Chad has created a supportive and kind environment and for the first time in my life I enjoy working out with weights. As someone who has worked out most of my life, I realized I was losing self-motivation in my workouts and gains had become minimal. Since joining High10 in March 2024 thru December 2024 I have been meeting my goals again. While most people look to lose weight via working out, one of my main goals was to put muscle back on and I have. With fine tuning my diet and the workouts challenging me three times a week, I have managed to gain over 20 pounds during this time frame with no increase in body fat percentage. Thanks Chad for a place to always look forward to working out! I’d give you more stars if I could!

When I started at HighTen I was not in great shape and had spinal stenosis and was afraid to do anything to aggravate my neck. Chad did my assessment and felt that I could achieve my fitness goals with some corrections to certain exercises. I came across High 10 fitness from my Instagram feed. I met with Chad for an evaluation, he told me his background and told me his vision of what he wanted to accomplish with High 10. I like that he wanted to work with older people and in a small group setting. I especially like that with pretty much every exercise he gives us different options to do depending on our fitness level. Chad challenges us to be the best we can.

After just 3 weeks, I already feel at home at High10! Chad spent a lot of time with me learning about my goals, challenges and recent injuries. I truly feel that Chad takes into account everyone’s needs and abilities and caters the workouts to ensure we all feel safe, encouraged and challenged. His team of coaches are very focused and attentive, providing alternate moves and immediately correcting form and giving pointers. The small class size is the ultimate. Having just 6 people truly feels like it’s your own personal training session but doing it with your other team members gives you a bit more accountability and a sense of community.

I feel so supported! It’s like they want you to succeed just as much as you do. Being there, you feel you have exactly what you need to obtain your goals, build strength, improve form and flexibility and to become a better version of yourself. I am so thankful I found High10! HIGHTEN has been the best workout experience. I have used a personal trainer, group classes and at home workouts prior, but this has the best of everything. Maximum of 6 people in each class so you get the personal trainer attention, but with other members around to motivate you and build comradery. I can’t speak highly enough of Chad and the rest of the team!

I decided to start working out at a gym because I injured my back while working out at home on my own but I wanted a small class size so that the trainer could watch to make sure I wouldn’t injure my back again. Joined because wanted to get in better shape and for health. Chad and other instructors stress form and technique. Like that you have to be older to join and class size is a max of 6. No one is trying to impress with how much weight they can lift or anything like that. They are just trying to get in better shape

As a working person the best part is how your scheduling works. If you can’t make a class just cancel within 12 hours and bank the session to use over the next two months. Flexibility is so important so is getting the most out of your investment. You’ve nailed them both!!

I’ve been a member since HIGHTEN opened. I so enjoy the small group workouts. I am stronger and more confident in what I am capable of doing. Chad, owner and personal trainer, is very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. Each workout is different and geared toward the individuals’ level. Anything that gets me out of bed at 5:15 three times a week for months speaks for itself. Chad is great at this - very knowledgeable, accommodates the occasional injury or creaky knees, and doesn’t make this a “seniors” program (although there are mornings I wish he did!). It’s VERY challenging no matter your fitness level, all the members I have met are great fun to workout with and most importantly, I have never felt better.
