I started my membership today and its phenomenal! Very well kept and clean and plenty of machines and weights. I will be recommending to anyone I know who is looking for an awesome gym!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner here! What a great guy. I was jealous of his layout and how creative he has been to cater to so many areas of fitness from ordinary joe to athletes, seniors, and boot camps. This place has something for everyone and you can tell he has poured his heart and soul into everything he has done here. Wish you all the success and joy in the world. A great little gym that has a wide variety of exercise equipment. The owner is very friendly but has limited hours of being in the building dedicated to the morning. I still recommend this place since it is a 24-hour gym. The price is pretty exceptional for having it be a local gym and making a commitment to the place makes it even more worthwhile to do so.
