Loved the hot yoga class. Steve is a great instructor. Lavender towel at the end was excellent. friendly staff I had enough space for my practice, clean facility, showers for after yoga.

This was my very first yoga class and I was very disappointed. I really was looking forward to it. The website says for new students to arrive 15-20 minutes - I did that this morning and the instructor didn’t open the doors until 9:30…that was the time the class started. She also had a vape with her and didn’t really greet anyone or apologize for being late. Finally got in and the instructor didn’t give any knowledge on what they class will be like so I was very confused for majority of the class. Also, the instructor was not showing any of the moves and since this was my first yoga class I did not know many of the terms she was saying. I had to watch the other people to understand what we were doing. Still got a good sweat and stretch but very disappointed leaving.

I happened upon this studio while at an event in the building for another business. The owner was working his front desk and was super welcoming and friendly. He invited me to look around and told me how to set up a free trial class. I first took one of their high intensity interval hot Pilates classes and loved it - that hour goes by so fast! Since then I have joined as an unlimited member so I can bebop between their Pilates, Hot Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and hot sculpt. I plan to try out the other classes too. The ease of scheduling/rescheduling on their app and the accessibility of classes is perfect with my irregular work schedule. All instructors are welcoming thus far and there is no need to worry if you are a noob (trust me that I am not “good” at anything in yoga, but still well supported and welcomed by the instructors!). The studio is remarkably clean and devoid of any odor you might expect given how many sweaty body’s exercise there daily

My goal: improve and grow my strength, balance, and flexibility as I advance in years so I may age well and stay independent. AA Hot Yoga will help with exactly that :-)

I haven't been back since 2012, but this was my first hot yoga studio. What a wild ride it has been! Its a standard public studio, when I was there all they offered was 26+2 classes, idk if they've branched out since then.

I enjoy Hot Pilates with all of the instructors! The workout is Intense though invigorating. Memberships are reasonable and facility has what you need to get the job done! A great class that is totally different than the traditional Pilates with the reformer. Good balance for those that like to switch up their workout routine.

Hot Yoga Ann Arbor is the best! Started going here consistently at the start of the year and have nothing but great things to say. I look forward to going every week and have gotten so much stronger.

Their hot pilates and yoga classes are a great workout and always offer a welcoming, uplifting environment made for anyone!

Great variety of classes and the staff is fantastic. Also super appreciate the nice shower facilities :) I’m a huge fan of the traditional 26+2 yoga practice, it is challenging but also no matter where you are at, this practice can provide tremendous benefits.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! It was my first time ever doing Pilates, let alone hot Pilates. My coworkers and I all went together and WOW!! I love that Steve doesn’t single you out or come up and fix your form. I love that you can do modified moves without feeling judged. I love that they also push you to keep going. Love the energy!!! 10/10 experience

My friend and I just started our journey into hot yoga!! We had a wonderful experience. The place was welcoming, clean and had a great space for beginners. We did the 90minute 26+2 with Steve and loved it. I had sweat dripping off of me the entire time. It was very easy to follow instructions for the different movements. I never felt pressured to do something my body didn’t know. I quietly laid on my mat and relaxed myself until I felt ready to continue. The place also had towels and mats to borrow which I greatly appreciated since I’m new to this and didn’t want over commit with buying stuff!! I can’t wait to come back regularly to sweat it out 😍😍

Love this place. It’s upstairs above the bookstore in case you have a hard time finding it!

Very friendly staff, clean facility. Locker rooms seemed older but they have everything you need (showers, lockers, a panel to change behind) bikram instruction was well done, teacher was direct and provided helpful cues. When asked questions after class, she seemed busy but it was the last class of the day so it’s understandable

Love this place, so grateful it was taken up by the new owners after the former studio closed during covid.

They've made major improvements to the studio space with a much better floor and better heat elements.

I'm sold out to the classic 90 min series but they offer a variety of classes for people of different interests to get the benefits of the hot room.

This morning was my first hot yoga class! It was a phenomenal experience! I can't wait to go to the next class. Next time I am going to try the 90 min 26+2.

What a gem! I wasn’t sure about going as they had no reviews on google maps but it’s a top place for a workout. They are located on the first floor of the mall (entrance on the left side). I went for a hot Pilates class and it was incredible! Hot, sweaty and challenging - all that you want from the hot yoga studio. It’s clean, they have showers and lockers & they lock the studio for the duration of the class. They have mats and weights if you need and at the end they provided us with a wet cold towel 😍 definitely recommended!

I was visiting family in the area and dropped into the 2 and 26 class. The studio is really nice and the teacher was great, at the end they give cold wash clothes with lavender! I highly recommend this studio
