I love hot works, my husband, sister and mom have all signed up! The prices is reasonable, I never have a hard time getting a sauna and the workers are so nice. I also love the rewards program it helps keep you motivated. I have been actively lifting for 2yrs and this has humbled me and shown me the work I needed. I always feel amazing when I leave. It's a very clean space as well.

This is the first gym that I have stayed consistent with. I love the diversity of workouts that you can do! Definitely worth the money! I do wish that the workouts changed more often.

I love being a member of Hotworx and have been since they opened. The 24/7 flexibility but guided videos to follow is perfect! The staff and other members are very friendly making for a positive environment that makes you want to return daily.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with HotWorx. I was excited for them to open and purchased my membership months in advance, only to experience delays in their opening date, leading to a long wait before I could even use the facility.

Once I finally started attending, I developed breakouts, and after visiting a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection—likely caused by sauna use. If you have sensitive skin, I’d recommend doing your research before trying the saunas!

Around the same time, I signed up for a half marathon and realized HotWorx wouldn’t be the best fit for my training needs. When I inquired about canceling my membership, the staff—who were very kind—advised me to wait one more month to avoid the $100 immediate cancellation fee. Since I would have passed the three-month period by then, I would only need to pay my $50 monthly fee, and then the cancellation would be free. However, since the printer wasn’t working, I couldn’t complete the cancellation form that day but figured it wouldn't be a problem as the staff made a note of my request and said the cancellation would be free.

A month later, when I returned, I was told I could either pay $100 to cancel immediately or be charged for two more months ($98)—contradicting the original information I was given. Feeling misled, I questioned the charges but ultimately agreed. After thinking it over, I left a voicemail requesting a callback, but no one ever responded—though they did withdraw the two months’ worth of fees from my account.

Overall, while the staff was very kind, I’m frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the fact that waiting ended up costing me more than if I had canceled initially. If you’re considering a membership, be sure to do your research and ask questions to multiple people. Especially before you buy $150 of equipment as well.
