I went to Hotworx for the first time and my experience was amazing! Jill helped me with my first free class and she was so helpful. She explained the memberships well and answered all my questions. She was great and made me feel very comfortable in a new workout space. The sign up process was easy and I can’t wait to come back.

The amount of positive mind/body changes I’ve experienced since becoming a member a year ago is indescribable. Since going to hotworx, my physique, attitude, and overall health have greatly improved! I am an athlete myself and hotworx has been the best thing I could possibly do for myself and Muay Thai. No other studio around the area is like hotworx! Truly a one of a kind workout and experience. I love being able to choose from 12 different workouts so that I’m not limited to just one! I’m very disappointed as I truly loved this gym. When I signed up in December 2022 there was zero mention of a cancellation fee so I assumed there wasn’t one. I paid over $200 to join the gym and then $40 a month. I went to cancel today as I wanted to try something new and the only options to cancel are to pay 99 now and terminate your membership immediately or to pay 118 and have access until April 1st. I decided to do the latter since if I’m going to pay that much I would like to get something out of it but it just feels very discouraging and disrespectful. The more I’ve let this sit with me the worse I’ve felt. Posting this so others can be aware before signing up.

Hotworx is an okay gym. It’s more so for people who want to sweat with no burn. It felt great to detox but just wasn’t the workouts for me. The workouts started to become repetitive and boring after my second month.
WARNING! Workers will not tell you about their cancellation policy. They make you want to join so sneakily completely disregarding the scam they are taught to persuade you with. Don’t sign up unless you’re prepared to pay a GIANT cancellation fee that they REFUSE to waive even though you had no clue of what contract you were signing because they get you excited to sign up and don’t show you the entire contract. I asked kindly to pay a different way as I couldn’t afford this cancellation. But the so kind worker became defensive quickly. This kept me TRAPPED in a contract that I couldn’t get out of for awhile. Beware & go to a cheaper gym. Not worth it.

Typical scam gym membership. Fees everywhere and won't cancel without you bending over backwards. Lied to us saying freezes were free and we could cancel without fees if we decided not to restart. Agreement said different and they said not to worry and we should have worried. Also no staff ever there so when we went in person multiple times to cancel as requested they weren't around.
From a usage standpoint -Bikes were often broken, seats ripped. Weight area fine. Planet fitness is right behind it and a better deal and actually has 24/7 staff.

I started working out here because of the hot cycle workout which at that time spin cycle was all I could do because of my surgery I had back in January. I recommend giving them a try they offer different workout programs from pilate to weights you won't be disappointed. The faculty is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable I'm very pleased with this location so far.

I thoroughly enjoy working out but Hotworx. I can choose the classes I want to take and when I can take them. If something comes up and my schedule changes it's easy to make an adjustment. The staff is wonderful, especially Jacob! He is the absolute best! They truly care about the facility and their members.

The program is great. This location is unreliable. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. Because of their unreliability, their customer service is terrible. They are usually "nice", but they make excuses for their lack of reliability and they have difficulty answering questions regarding membership fees and cancellations of their program. They seem to not be looking to do the right thing even if it simply means doing what they can to refund your $10 for the month that they can't explain a charge for. I finally asked them to remove my credit card information and they terminated my account. So if you do not live locally (I live 45 min away), do not join. Cancelling is a nightmare.
