I’ve been coming to Hotworx for about a month and I LOVE it!!! The inside is great and the staff is very kind and helpful. The classes are very enjoyable, and I like that there is the FX Zone. My schedule is hard to work around sometimes and I love that it’s 24 hours. 5 out of 5!

I’ve been coming to this location now for a few months since I got sweat everywhere membership, and it’s by far my favorite! HOTWORX has significantly changed my life in many ways and benefitted my health so much. The staff at this location is great, always accommodating and keeping me motivated, and so so kind. This concept is phenomenal and there’s nothing like it honestly!

I am in love with this place. Its in a great loction so when i show up at all times of the day i feel safe coming in the door. The place is clean and the staff is nice.
Its can get busy so i have shared a sauna but there are times when u can work out in peace and take the sweat as it comes with all its glory!. 3 out or 4 stars wouldn't change a thing.

I think the concept of the facility is great! However my overall experience did not meet my expectations. When I first walked into the facility the desk attendant was eating a large burger and fries with her napkins and ketchup sprawled on the desk. As I was walking back from the bathroom prior to my class she walked away without showing me how the room worked or telling me any procedures or safety policies for the sauna room. During my session I could not hear the video and consistently had to check the screen affecting my entire workout. The flow of the pilates class its self felt was very chaotic with no flow from exercise to exercise. At the end my session the desk attendant did not ask me anything about my class nor did she discuss any membership information, maybe this isn’t her job but I figured it would be. Despite this I did like the heated factor of the class and maybe would have had a different review had I taken a different type of class.

My daughter canceled her membership in person in May of 2023. We just found out they have been charging us all along. When we brought this to their attention they admitted she had not been there since she canceled but had no record of her cancelation. They are forcing us to file a fraud claim with our credit card company instead of doing the right thing.

This place is amazing. I am not a gym person by any means but I knew I needed something different so I decided to try out Hotworx. I have never wanted to go work out but coming here is such a different experience and I WANT to work out now. All the employees are great and helpful & the gym is clean. It’s changed my daily routine for the better. One of the best decisions I’ve made. I recommend hotworx to everyone!

I asked to pause my membership then cancel it, but of course, they had to put through one last charge. I followed up multiple times via text. I wish they had a better online portal where you can cancel in your account and not have to follow up with the owners. I cancelled b/c the price isn't worthwhile and it is not quite close enough to my home. Supposedly I got in with an early deal, but they always get you with the fine print. I don't think it's hard to just say "hey IF you're going to cancel, do this within x days".

Edited to add to owner response: I texted and you said you would credit me and only now are you stating a 60 day policy after I provide a bad review. My review stands as a warning for a poor cancellation policy and process. Looks like the other 1 star reviewer had the same issue.

Great place to work out but not worth the cost. Make sure you give 60 days notice to cancel membership otherwise it is $99 to cancel. This is not explained when I signed up for a 3 month membership and when I decide to not sign up for another 3 months I either had to pay for 2 months at $54 each month or cancel for $99

If I could give a higher rating, I would! The staff is so professional, welcoming and friendly and the studio itself is extremely clean/sanitary. I love the convenience of being able to come and go as I please with the studio's 24-7 accessibility. Also, the variety of classes offered in 15 minute increments makes it so easy to get 2+ different workouts in. Even if you opt for just one session, I would not underestimate how engaging and effective a workout that's as short as 15 minutes can be on your mind and body!

If you are thinking about joining, I would highly recommend that you do!

Such a great feeling when you finishing working out here! I love how there’s a variety of workouts to choose from and they’re all guided. Doing them inside of the sauna really does feel like you’re accelerating your results. The staff is also friendly and helpful!
