My friend and I had such a great experience today with Fatima for Sculpt Pilates!! I don’t have much experience with Pilates so it was a bit challenging but I really enjoyed it. The studio is very nice and welcoming. Very organized as well.
I definitely recommend trying them out and plan on booking future sessions with friends!

This is a fantastic gym for any level of fitness! They offer yoga, Pilates, strength training, and more. The employees are always cleaning and assisting members, The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and make everyone feel comfortable and encouraged, and the space itself is BEAUTIFUL. Iron Body is a thoughtful and curated space! Hannah truly goes above and beyond as both a trainer, and as the owner. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into making sure it is a great space to actually enjoy working out.
I'm a woman who wants my gym to look pretty, be calming, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I don't want to compromise on fitness equipment or weight availability. Hannah has created a space that provides both!
In terms of Hannah and the rest of the team as people - every single person I've met I would be friends with outside of the gym. It's not only a gym, but a community of kind and likeminded people.
I was new to lifting weights, but I feel much more confident now! I recommend Iron Body to everybody in my life who lives in the area!

It’s been a WHILE since I’ve been to a gym. I was super nervous and almost didn’t show up to the Butts & Gutts class. I’m so glad I went. That was so good! Everyone was so nice, I didn’t feel judged as a plus size person who’s out of shape. I still felt like I could do everything even if it was brand new to me. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing workout studio! Small but mighty, it has all the equipment you need but feels like your at home! Lots of amenities are included with membership and classes are extra but worth it. Yoga with Daryl was great and I will return when my schedule frees up from work!!!

IronBody studios is the best studio I’ve found in YEARS. They have all different types of classes (which is my jam) - my favorite is Dance Fit! They also offer Slow Flow Yoga, HIIT the Flow yoga which is a fast paced, high intensity vinyasa style yoga, and even group training (to name a few)! The gym space itself is super cute & vibey, someone is always there to welcome you, the weights, props & machines they have are high quality & accommodate all fitness levels. The coaches & teachers are so kind & I’m just so glad I found my community! Need I mention it’s a Black, Woman-owned business!? Stop spending your money at Planet Fitness & join IronBody!

This is a great gym to stop in at if you are new to working out, want to join a few classes, or just want to join their open gym times. The girls are so nice and welcoming and will do their best to ensure you are getting the most if it. The owner has been in the industry for years and is always around to say hey or to answer questions. They also do events every now and then where you can go work out and then meet new people. Truly recommend for anyone in the Madison Heights area!

I love this studio and the people who work here! It feels very different from the larger gyms, the space is beautifully decorated and I love the focus of the gym. My experience at IronBody has been one of a kind! The class variety is awesome and the studio is totally unique. It’s hard to differentiate gyms from looking at a website, but IronBody is LEGIT! The decor is really cool (unique to me for a gym), the equipment is top notch, but Hannah’s passion, personality and the welcoming / team culture are what really stuck with me. I absolutely loved my experience yesterday. Very homey and interactive. The restorative yoga class brought me back to self awareness of a few things.
I loved how it assisted with me Breathing and just focusing on what I am doing.

Iron Body Fitness is an awesome fitness experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. This gym is inclusive, empowering and female ran and I'm here for it.
I've taken a few yoga classes at Iron Body Fitness and they were not only the best yoga classes I've ever taken, they were the best fitness classes I've been a part of by far. My yoga instructor was awesome. I have not consistently attended yoga classes as much as I have in the past so I was very much a beginner. However the poses and pace of the class were perfect for where I was at. The instructor gave poses that could be done in a variety of ways that met you where you were at with your yoga skills. It was refreshing and relaxing. I highly recommend taking classes here.
I also love the aesthetic of the gym. It was designed with intention and has a very chill and tranquil vibe, which I loved.

I’ve never been super confident going to the gym, especially with so many different types of exercises and methods, but after training with Hannah for just a few sessions, I feel so much better! The gym is so personalized and comfortable, it’s not super crowded or overbearing at all. She’s very understanding of your goals and doesn’t make you strain yourself like some other trainers might. Definitely recommend trying the gym out if you’re looking for something for personalized!

This is the most supportive gym ever. The owner is awesome! I was bench pressing 255lbs and feeling swole when I see her step up to a deadlift bar and straight YEET up 400 lbs. She's like, 5ft 4in and 120lbs max. I was so shocked that I asked if she could help me with my technique. She gladly helped, and I've been lifting heavier ever since.

Long story short: Hannah is the ideal trainer and her gym is the perfect place to get back into working out or the perfect place to learn how to. Also just a super cute place!
I've had zero motivation to workout and wanted to find a personal trainer. During the free initial online consultation, I stated that I wanted to focus on strength rather than weight loss. Over the past month, she has never once mentioned weight or diet during our 1:1 training session and I truly appreciate that from a trainer (as some trainers can be very focused on the numbers). She challenges me just enough and I have felt great and motivated to continue working out. Since I am moving out of state I'm excited to have the option to work with Hannah through her remote training program!!

You know, I’m not really a gym rat at all, but I can tell you that this gym was the best I’ve ever seen!
The space was clean & aesthetically pleasing. Everything I needed was there—from hair ties, to yoga mats, to knee pads, to delicious smelling soap in the bathrooms. It was just so nice to be there!
The HIIT class taught by Kevin this morning was SO FUN!! I was nervous going into it (again being someone who doesn’t spend much time in gyms), but Kevin went out of his way to make me feel safe and comfortable. He did an excellent job explaining what was coming, and pushed me without pushing me past what was healthy for my body. He was excellent, and I will definitely be back!
You can tell that Hannah, the owner, put so much thought and time into all of the details! I am truly amazed with what she’s created.
If you’re like me, someone who loves dance and yoga but is intimidated by machines and weights, take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised by how great I feel post workout, and by how fun it was to be a part of the energy in that beautiful space.

I decided I wanted to get serious about working out and I found Hannah online and she seemed perfect for me in comparison to a couple other trainers I contacted. I've been working out a with Hannah over a year and it has truly been life changing I have seen so many results that I dont believe I could have achieved on my own. She is extremely knowledgeable and she educates her clients.I went from never being motivated to work out to being eager about working out and sticking to a routine. The gym is pretty amazing and I've seen Hannah pour so much energy into every aspect building her gym and creating a welcoming space for her clients. Love the aesthetic of the gym! Unlike the large gyms overcrowding with the "gym bros", this place is boutique but definitely has everything you need (equipment, weights, and all other amenity). Offers variety of classes to chose from (HIT workout, yoga, group/semi-group/private training sessions, etc.), and all the trainers and staffs here are very professional and friendly that creates a personal and safe space for your workouts. Easy and flexible scheduling, convenient parking, reasonable pricing, and opens almost all the time. I would say this is one of my favorite fitness gym I've been to.

I had my first session with Hannah and she is awesome. Her energy was magnetic. She explained why we were doing things and how it made sense for my fitness goals. She was supportive and warm. Made me feel super comfortable and did a good job of pushing me without making me feel uncomfortable. Her space is also very close to me, so it’s very convenient to work one on one with her or go to the gym and workout on my own.

Hannah is amazing as a trainer. I used to workout regularly prior to quarantine but lost a lot of motivation to go to the gym during the pandemic. As a result when I tried getting back in the gym it was hard to feel motivated to make any progress. However, after working with Hannah I have my motivation back and am seeing great progress towards my goals. I highly recommend this trainer.

Three years ago I had cancer and I still suffered from the long term chemo effects. I knew I had to reach out to someone to really help me to get in better shape and that person was Hannah. I got professional advice but the best for me at that time was the fact that her advice and her workouts made me realize that I was not done. That I could surprise myself. That happened for example with the box jumps she made me do and with the pull ups and chin ups. You can't imagine how happy I was when I realized I could actually do a pull up and chin up, and that I could jump high. I think Hannah has what it takes to be a really really big name in the field of personal training. So don't hesitate to contact her if you want to become a better version of yourself.
