I have been a part of Troy Jazzercise for about five years and I really love it here. What I love most about it is that it makes working out fun. It feels like youβre dancing instead of working out. They also add strength training, which is really important to me. The instructors are encouraging and they cater to all fitness levels, so everyone can feel successful. I love this place! I use to procrastinate and force myself out the door to go running or work out at a gym. With Troy Jazzercise I never think "Ugh..I HAVE to go work out" instead my mindset is "Yay, I GET to workout today." Great instructors, supportive community with various fitness levels in each class (low impact and high impact-choose your challenge!) along with fun music and routines that incorporate cardio AND strength. No thinking or planning on my part, I just show up and have FUN. I dropped nearly 20 pounds after I started jazzercising. If you are looking for something to motivate you to work out more. This place is it!!!

This full body workout is like no other! Offering different formats with cardio and strength training. The one thing you will gain is an amazing tribe of women (some men) who support each others journey. No matter your age or fitness level, all can participate in the class also multiple classes per day offered to meet your needs!
