We offer group fitness classes for all levels. Classes are held at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in the lower level. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full β body workout. Whether youβre looking for physical results or a way to relieve stress and FEEL your best, our instructors will guide you every step of the way in your wellness journey!

If youβre looking for a fun stress free group fitness class Jazzercise Muskegon is it. Instructor led choreographed classes that include cardio, strength and stretch. They include low impact modifications and accommodate really all ages and fitness level. If you want high impact and high intensity I can tell you I burn on average 450-500 calories each 60 minute class. I have found Jazzercise the only enjoyable way to exercise plus, the people are great!

After many years of failed attempts with exercise classes, I found Jazzercise. The instructors are all positive, inviting, and encouraging. They have taught me the correct techniques and modifications that best suit me. I enjoy the classes and get a great workout. Bonus: I fit into some of my smaller clothes again!

I joined Jazzercise in February 2024. The instructors are knowledgeable and very welcoming. The members range in age from 18 to almost 80! There is no judgment. All are welcoming and accepting. Give it a try. You won't be sorry.

Oh, where to begin . . . I used to workout religiously until COVID and perimenopause kicked in. I gained 30 lbs., began having lower back and knee pain, low energy, not sleeping well. Iβve been Jazzercise for 3-months now and cannot say enough about how much energy I have!!! My body pains are definitely improving and Iβm feeling a zest for life that I didnβt realize I was lacking. The workout level is great (challenging yet fun); the music is fun, uplifting and current; and I love being part of such a welcoming and supportive community! Here is my (incredibly biased:) review. I have been a Jazzercise student for 15 years and an instructor for 10. It is the ONLY workout in my life I have consistently used and (obviously) loved. In the last five years I have endured two serious back surgeries and more injections and ablations than I can count -- and I can still teach and take class because I have consistently been teaching and taking class. It's the best blend of strength, stretch and cardio and almost most importantly it's a fun, supportive community. Try a class (first one is always at no cost). You are going to fall in love.

Wonderful group of people to workout with! Love the fun and current music in classes (Lizzo, Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, Fall Out Boy). There is a great mix of cardio work and strength to really round out an amazing workout. Highly recommend checking it out!
