Jazzercise is a dance fitness program that incorporates dance, strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and more, into fun challenging classes. All classes are an hour long offering you cardio and muscle training all in one.

Super way to start my day! Nice facility, friendly and supportive class members, awesome instructors. Special shout out to the regular instructors of the classes I attend: Brandy, Anne-Marie, and Victoria, you make exercising fun and interesting. I started out with Fran in 1993 or 1994. Best exercise of my life. Moved out of the area in 2003 and found another Jazzeecise studio. Stayed at that one until 2017 when we moved and retired. Now in Fl and none around and in Mi where we live now none around. Unfortunately they dont accept Siver Sneakers. Best exercise and Fran was the BEST MOTIVATOR. Because of her I have the strength , confidence and healthy lifestyles.

I tried Jazzercise in Canton and I loved it. I have done some exercise classes before, but mostly I stick to cycling and free weights. This isn’t freestyle jazz dancing—no “jazz hands” that I could see—it is exercise., with contemporary, high energy music. And it wore me out! All ages and abilities welcome. A great way to work up a sweat while the snow is blowing outside. My class had a bout 6 people in it, but it looked like several more could be accommodated while preserving safe distancing.
