Been working with Joe for about five years. Have dropped over 100lbs. His workouts are tailored to improving muscle strength but not just the major groups. The gym is great, small but has almost everything you need in form’s of equipment. The gym dosent get alot of people which is great if you want to workout on a slighht quiet environment and if you want use equipment, then, they are mostly available. The gym is also clean, and they are all the time keeping it clean aswell. Overall, great GYM.

And for the owner: Joe.

Joe is great coach, he absolutely knows what he’s doing and and overall awesome guy. He is chill and will definitely help you on reaching your goal, he is patient and pays attention on how to correct your form. Overall, great guy.

I first met Joe in August of 2022, when my son bought three training sessions for me as a birthday gift. I really liked each session, and the way I felt afterwards made me want to continue. I was hooked from day one. I train four days weekly on my own with the homework program Joe designed for me, and I see him once each week for maintenance. Joe is knowledgeable, reliable, attentive and thorough. He wants to know your goals and then helps you achieve them. Quickly discerning your capabilities and limitations, he pays attention to your progress and gently pushes you to your full potential. Realizing that no two people are the same, he will taylor your training specifically for you. He can (and will) train anyone. His clients range from young body builders to people recovering from injuries and strokes. His website has what seems like an unlimited number of demonstration videos that can be accessed any time you need instruction or have questions about a particular exercise. Joe’s guidance can also extend to the arena of food if you so desire. In addition to all of this, Joe is an all around nice guy who cares about the people he trains. You will not be disappointed.

Joe is an absolute boss. The guy knows more about working out than any other trainer I worked with in the last 20 years. I highly recommend training with him - he can work with any level of skill or strength and fixed a few things in my major lifts which ultimately made me into a better person.

I’ve been dedicated to the JD Fitness program from Sep 11 ‘18 - present meeting only twice per week

On a personal note, exercise is scientifically proven to improve male fertility. When I began w/Joe in December 2017, Megan and I got pregnant in February 2018. (I wasn’t committed to weight loss until later in September ’18). After that pregnancy loss, we immediately got pregnant again a month later. I believe the benefits of consistent exercise and a healthy diet contributed to our healthy baby growing in mom’s belly.
Side-note, mom and baby are perfectly healthy and Delia will be here in 5 short weeks 🤗

Joe DeMattio’s program is designed to work for you. Joe has consistently been on time and focused during all of our sessions. Joe’s not pushy but he won’t enable laziness or excuses. I’m proud to work with Joe at Anytime Fitness Brownstown and thrilled about my progress!

I have had such a HUGE improvement since I contacted Joe at the end of last summer. I use to walk around the gym not knowing what to do and just waste my time there. (well if I even went at all) After contacting Joe to make me the work out plan I needed I have seen a 1000x difference in the way I feel and the way I look. He made everything fit into my time I had so I would not waste one second of time. He even spent the time to help me with a diet. I am now 184 when before I met Joe I was 250 with a bad back and a messed up knee. He made a lot of the work outs to help me work on those area and it really worked. I feel much better. Anytime I have a question about anything I just email or send him a message on FB and I get an answer right away. But I cannot say thank you to Joe enough. If you are planning on doing any kind of gain or workout schedule Joe is your man.
